The finer the clay particles the silkier it feels. Getting them really fine is definitely worth the trouble. If that ever got out think of the market for that product when all the hot-tubbers are changing over to 'mud-pit'

Faith in the Bible being literal rather than parable depends on how nicely all the parts of the book fit in with one another. If they do it will answer that question for the reader, each having their own level of understanding.
Instruction on what to do (back away from) if you see certain things unfolding before your eyes doesn't hurt a person either.
meh Silly idea. Mud baths have been around for ages. I have not seen any hot-tub mud baths. They would be grossly expensive because pumps that are able to pump mud are not cheap.

I think faith is simply trust. Kinda like when you are a little one you trust that your parents will provide for everything you need. It's just trust. And really if you trust in someone, you don't need to jump through hoops or put on a performance to add to it, because the trust is in your parents, not in yourself or your merits.
