We won't save refugees by destroying our own country

Some points of consideration:
1- This wave of migration has been planned.
2- Killing so large number of people in the daily bombs and explosions has been planned.

The purpose is to evacuate these countries of their citizens.

Why: Because we are more than them in the number of citizens: we are much more numerous than the Zionists: so the Zionists kill of us as much as they can, specially they kill the ones who are mostly in the reproductive age and who can reproduce.

In addition to encouraging the emigration: so that the Arab countries round about Tel Aviv will be less numerous.

The Zionists are acting now like Pharaoh in the past and how he killed a large number of the Children of Israel: he killed their sons and spared their daughters for the service.
Fuk are you stupid. It is your religion of terrorism that is the sole cause of the problem.

No Anna the Liberals are not the naturally governing party they are merely tolerated as opposed
to the other two parties right now. The Liberals are finally out of the political penalty box as it were.
I think for better or worse the refugee situation played a role in the election because many people
especially young people were in favor of helping the refugees.
I have two pretty conservative adult grand kids and both were in favor of reaching out and in the
end one voted Liberal the other voted NDP but they both abandoned the Tories because of their
attitude on a variety of subjects but this was one of them

Just confirmed on C.B.C. news this morning that Justin is about to "veer off the rails". One of his first priorities is to get plans in place to import 25,000 immediately. It will be fun to watch that, but not quite so funny to live with it after they arrive.

Any bets on Quebec refusing any refugees that don't speak French?

Who are the refugees in this case? Yes some are Muslims but not the majority
of them. Many are Kurds (eastern Orthodox Christians) mostly there there are
the Syrian Christians the Iraqi Christians and moderate Muslims with means
and education and trades. These people are targets of the crazy people and not
crazy people themselves. Originally I too was questioning who was coming.
Not really concerned at the moment. We were through this with Vietnamese,
Hungarians and other groups and to date I haven't seen the country destroyed.
now if we were bringing in terrorists and ISIS to escape from justice that would
be different. I wonder if we do protest too much here
All the "refugees" flooding into Europe are Muslim, and most of those are Sunni. If we bring in "refugees" they should be the minorities that will continue to be persecuted long after ISIS is defeated.

Wow, you checked every single refugee, and verified that they're all Muslim?

Now THAT's dedication. And superpowers.

Or maybe you're just a bigot. I call it 50/50 chance.

Anna I thought that might be the case but wasn't sure I added some commentary
because I was hoping some serious discussion might have developed

Serious discussion happens occasionally. I appreciate the effort if no-one else does. :)

Saving refugees can hardly be the goddamn job when we are actively participating in creating the same refugees.

I think they're called "collateral damage" aren't they? Except this time the world is attempting to help them where they can instead of turning their backs. Well, that's one way to look at it. There's other ways...less generous ways.

The reason I ask (before the interruption) is this:

UNHCR - UNHCR viewpoint: 'Refugee' or 'migrant' - Which is right?

How do you tell the players without a scorecard? Somebody better be a whole lot better on their toes over there than the stay-at-home bureaucrats here

I've read that there are both. Most are refugees but there are a few who are just being...opportunistic. There was an interview on the radio the other day with a gentleman from Pakistan who'd opted to take this opportunity to seek a better life elsewhere.

I had to take the translators word, since this gentleman was not speaking english. How many of them amongst the refugees is anybodies guess though.

For sure Grumpy- Typical emotional knee jerk reaction, with absolutely no inkling about all that's involved. I think if Justin doesn't steer off that course pretty quick, his entire tenure is going to derail. There won't be enough coins in the bank for health care, for policing, let alone to feed and house them. It's just one big total disaster in the making. Surely folks can see that!

Chill, JLM  It's early days. Plenty of time to prime the big guns. ;-)
