Yes we have proof of gods! Every time we hear thunder it is proof that Thor is smiting his jotunn foes! Even my 4 year old son knows that.

in the other thread where it was ascertained by geniuses, well, scientists at least, that all they could determine after untold billions spent was that we do not exist...
...and as was said in yet another thread somewhere in the bowels of this site that there is no proof God exists (even if there is less proof that It doesn't) : there is no smoking gun, to which I replied (verily I say unto thee) "LIFE is the smoking gun".
If you can't get that then please do try to live out your existence in peace.
I think reverence and awe naturally translate to 'respect', and Love is the highest level of respect there is.

They call it blind faith because you have to be blind to believe it. The vast majority of evidence is that he never existed and that the stories are allegories and metaphors. Taking them literally requires blind faith. When you believe something to be true (without evidence) the mind will manifest its own evidence.
I actually had some dude try to convince of that absurdity a few weeks ago. Poor dude never knew what hit him when I opened my mouth.
