2. He profiled a young man who was doing nothing illegal, unarmed, as a threat when any rookie police officer could tell he was no such thing. He was young black male, wearing the requisite 'gangsta chic' of young males between 17 and 21.. at 8 pm at night.. a time when real criminals are not out and about, and certainly not drawing attention to themselves.. on a public sidewalk, minding his own business. He was not skulking and trespassing with a knife or burglary tools at 2 am in dark non-descript clothing.

3. He disobeyed police instructions NOT to follow or confront him. Had the police had time to respond they would have quickly determined they had NO probable cause to stop the young man.

4. He confronted Treyvon with the implicit threat of hand gun, without any authority or cause, which immediately escalated into a fight.. which Zimmerman was so weak and incompetent at.. that he was left only with his gun as a last recourse.

This stupid little prick.. with his superhero alter ego.. made all of the decisions that led to the death of Treyvon. He is being protected by the gun culture of America... which has created a legal framework where there is a right to own hand guns and NO responsibility to conduct yourself in such a way as to make their use only a last resort, after flight, in protecting your life.

Zimmerman is criminally responsible for a reckless disregard of human life.. provocation.. and moral imbecility. He should be in jail.

1. He left his home to go to Target.

2. He did not racially profile Trayvon, as he was not even sure he was Black at first.

3. There were no police "instructions". A dispatcher has no authority, and "We don't need you to do that" is NOT an instruction.

4. According to GZ, TH confronted HIM, and there is NO evidence to the contrary.

Which kinda blows your conclusion completely out of the water.

Actually they did investigate and weren't going to bring charges at all. However the racist AA leaders put pressure on them... branded a Hispanic a white man and forced the DA to press charges.

The jury spoke.

Now the racist AA leaders are at it again because the jury came down with a verdict they did not like.

When your half wit kid is out playing Batman, beaks somebody off, gets beat up for it then shoots the guy you can expect some criticism.
