Our country was founded with several competing cultures. We're still here. Though we have had a few close calls.
How would you feel if the authorities put them in general population in a max security UK prison.... I'd wager that they would get the justice that Blackleaf seeks
I don't think the men in max security give a **** about the government, that includes the military.. just my guess though.
1. The killers actually committed a horrendous crime.
2. The killers have to be convicted by a jury of their peers.
3. The sentence would have to be one laid out in law.......
Now, I believe you are correct in that the UK no longer has capital punishment. Blackleaf may be wrong on that item. But if guilty, no one would deserve it more than these loonies.
Oddly enough, why just because they broke the law does not make them non humans and criminals have a code. Also these guys are screwed. They, when convicted will be released from jail when they are old and doddering.

Sentence #2 pleads that the law must be followed, when it logically should be sentence #1 which would eliminate the need for the two additional sentences. Anyone who committed two or more murders would be more deserving of the legal remedy. You should work on your own loonacy.

To be fair, it's pretty well established murdering someone on the streets and beheading them is a crime. The jury would be deciding the punishment.
