Good job at ****ing yourself in your one man circle jerk.
I didn't think you could back up your claim from the get go.

But it sure was fun watching you squirm and twitch trying to dance around and change the subject.

Thanks, I would have been bored as hell without yours and pd's entertainment.

More than 10 thousand Jerusalemites acquired Israeli citizenship

Google Translate

-the number of East Jerusalem Palestinians requesting - and receiving - citizenship rose sharply between 2004 and 2010.
-Interior Ministry data shows that, in the past decade, 3,374 Palestinians have obtained full Israeli citizenship.

3,374 East Jerusalem residents received full Israeli citizenship in past decade - Israel News | Haaretz Daily Newspaper

The family reunification law was not the only mechanism for Palestinians to gain Israeli citizenship. Before it was abolished in 2003, between 100,000 and 140,000 Palestinians gained Israeli citizenship. Apartheid.

And we haven't even touched on the influx of Arabs into the territories. Apparently there are no official stats for that but some international organization (I forget which one) is in the process of trying to determine that. I heard one estimate of 400,000, but who knows, it's just talk at this point, but if true, the number of Arab settlers in the territories is outpacing the number of Jewish settlers. Ethnic cleansing. lol

btw how's those Palestinian elections coming along? lol

Sorry but occupation does usurp the rights of the occupied no matter what you may want to believe. That is exact reason we have the Geneva Convention laws of occupation. When those rights are are not afforded to the occupied the aggressor is guilty of war crimes.

I know you like I believe in the rule of law but on this instance it pisses you off that Israel must be held accountable for their actions. I can't change your mind but I can and have pointed out where and how you erred.

You don't know what I believe, apart from what you think I believe, but you just made that up, lol.

Military occupation of a foreign nation or territory is not automatically illegal.

Your claim was that every thing in pd's post was proven by the simple phrase "Occupied territory".

That simply isn't true, and you have failed to prove it.

That is exact reason we have the Geneva Convention laws of occupation. When those rights are are not afforded to the occupied the aggressor is guilty of war crimes.
I never said they weren't. You kept trying to put that statement out there like I said it, but you failed, lol.

I know you like I believe in the rule of law but on this instance it pisses you off that srael must be held accountable for their actions.
I have no problem condemning Israeli criminality.

I can't change your mind but I can and have pointed out where and how you erred.
LOL, no you didn't.

You aren't interested in facts like the instant the occupation began the 4th Geneva Convention rules kicked in?

Yeah, about that. Who's territory exactly is being occupied? The UN designated that land for the Arabs in 1947. The Arabs failed to act on it and refused to declare a state. The land was then claimed in conquest by Jordan, then in turn conquered by Israel. Interesting how Israel didn't make the same immediate claims to soverignty the way Jordan did, and showed willingness to negotiate a settlement. Had Israel followed Jordan's example, we'd have a free Judea and Samaria and no "Palestinian" and "apartheid" nonsense.

It's been almost 65 years boys, if you want a state put up or shut up. I've always supported the creation of a Palestinian Arab state in the territories but I am starting to lean towards fohgetabowdit.

Seriously?

You don't know the difference illegally annexing Palestinian territory and then forcing the resident to choose between accepting Israeli citizenship or being forcibly removed from their homes and deported to the West Bank versus immigration?

Illegally moving a border isn't the same as immigration.

Worse after Israel illegally moved the border, they quietly implemented a policy change that revoked residency status of thousands of Palestinian residents of Jerusalem who left temporarily to work or attend school outside of Jerusalem. (BTW, this policy doesn't apply to Jews) Most Palestinians who lost their residency status didn't find out until they tried to return to their homes. The policy separated Palestinian husbands from wives, parents from children and grandparents from grand children, destroying family bonds... all because the victims of this cruel policy weren't Jewish.

Revocation of Residency in East Jerusalem | B'Tselem
Quietly, East Jerusalem Palestinians acquiring Israeli citizenship | +972 Magazine

My previous posts were in reference to Israel's cruel and racist immigration laws which bans Israel'ss non-Jewish residents and citizens in Israel from sponsoring their spouses and children, effectively forcing people to choose between living in their homes on the Israeli side of the border or living with their families in the West Bank.

The UN had no authority to designate anything. They still have no authority to do anything.

Ohhhhh **** yeah!

I'll ask the same question which determines the legality of the occupation.

Is Israel upholding the laws of occupation. Yes or no?

Good luck at ever getting a straight answer from CDNBozo on anything.

Yup, seriously. Yeah, Arabs are being forcibly deported from their homes, lol!!.

The number of Arabs moving into French Hill, as well as other Jewish neighborhoods of Jerusalem, is rising.

Wanting to be on the Israeli side of the West Bank security fence, which in the vicinity of Jerusalem is mostly a concrete barrier some 20 feet high, thousands of Jerusalem Arabs are heading to the west side of the fence.
Jalah Hussein, an electrical engineer who works in Jerusalem but lives on its outskirts in the Shuaffat refugee camp, is among those looking for a home in a Jewish area. He says he has started looking for an apartment in Pisgat Zeev.

"Everyone is moving," he said.

http://www.jewishcharlotte.org/page.aspx?id=167094

Still lol. And for contrast, on the other side of the coin.....

A Palestinian who sells his house to a Jew quite simply runs the risk of death. And everyone thinks so today: even for his family and the few friends he has left, Mohammed Maraji is indeed guilty of this "crime".

Jerusalem: the battle for land - FRANCE 24

Apartheid. lol.

What I find hilarious the MP quoted as saying they are "acting like Nazis" is 100% accurate.

Crimes against humanity laws were set up for the Nuremberg trials to convict the Nazis. Now Israel has broken the very same laws set up to protect them.

I post references reputable sources, and you guys make rebuttals with Israeli propaganda sources.

The fact is, Israeli laws and policies have forced tens of thousands of people to choose between their homes and their families because they aren't Jewish. If they were Jewish, these people would not face these Kafkaesque choices.

Also Israel doesn't just interfere with non-Jewish family unification in Israel, they also do the same in the West Bank and Gaza:

Israeli policies on Palestinian residency have arbitrarily denied thousands of Palestinians the ability to live in, and travel to and from, the West Bank and Gaza, Human Rights Watch said in a report released today. Israel should immediately stop denying or cancelling the residency of Palestinians and close family members with deep ties to the West Bank and Gaza, and end blanket bans on processing their applications for residency.

The 90-page report, “Forget about Him, He’s Not Here,” describes the arbitrary exclusion by the Israeli military of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians since 1967 and documents the impact that exclusion continues to have on individuals and families. The way Israel’s military has exercised its control over the Palestinian population registry – the list of Palestinians whom it considers to be lawful residents of the West Bank and Gaza territories – has separated families, caused people to lose jobs and educational opportunities, barred people from entering the Palestinian territories, and trapped others inside them, Human Rights Watch said. Egypt also has problematic policies on Palestinians trying to enter Gaza that are based on the Israeli-controlled population registry.

“Israel has never put forth any concrete security rationale for blanket policies that have made life a nightmare for Palestinians whom it considers unlawful residents in their own homes,” said Sarah Leah Whitson, Middle East director at Human Rights Watch. “The current policies leave families divided and people trapped on the wrong side of the border in Gaza and the West Bank. Israel should revise these policies and process requests for families to reunite, so that Palestinians can live with their families where they want.”

Most of my sources are objective. Most of yours aren't.

Your sources are about as subjective as these ones (which are slanted against Israel):

http://english.farsnews.com/
.:: Maan News Agency ::.

If you check my sources, you'll see they are far more fair than your sources or the ones I listed above:

B'tselem is an Israeli based Human Rights group focused on human rights issues in Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territories and most of the staff are Jewish and Israeli.

Amnesty International has won a Nobel Peace prize for its efforts to raise awareness of human rights issues around the world.

Human Rights Watch is an American based human rights group.

How many of your sources are staffed by Palestinians and Muslims or won Nobel Peace prizes?

My next source is Palestinian and I reference them only because they tend to report stories not reported elsewhere and not all of their reports are about Israeli atrocities and attacks. They also mention Palestinian ones too. While I don't consider them to be completely objective, their tone tends not to use weasel words, like our MSM:

Israeli bombardment targeting Gaza escalated on Monday and lasted until Wednesday early dawn hours. As a result seven Palestinians were killed and 12 other injured.

On Monday midday local sources said that Israeli unmanned plane fired a missile at a group of people in Abed Al Hameed Street, in the town of Beit Hannon, northern Gaza Strip, killing two men and injuring a third.

Later in the day Israeli fighter jet fired a missile at residents’ homes in Beit Hannon injuring two civilians. Doctors said that one man was critically injured. Local sources said that schools were evacuated in Beit Hannon fearing from the Israeli continued shelling targeting the town.

On Wednesday two Palestinian were killed by Israeli attacks. One man died of wounds he sustained on Monday and the other was killed as fighter jets targeted Rafah city, southern Gaza Strip. On Thursday another man died of wounds sustained on Wednesday during an air raid targeting Rafah city, being the death toll due to Israeli attacks this week to seven.

From its part, Palestinian armed resistance groups fired 70 home-made shells at Israeli targets near the Gaza strip as a response to the Israeli escalated attacks targeting the coastal region. Six Israeli were slightly injured by the Palestinian shell fire, Israeli sources reported.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reported on Thursday that thirteen Palestinians have been killed by the Israeli army since the beginning of the month, and more than 33 were injured.
By Thursday a truce agreement, mediated by Egypt, was reached between Israel and the Hamas movement in the Gaza Strip. Palestinian groups announced that they will stop firing homemade shells as long as the Israeli army halts its attacks on Gaza. The Israeli military official stated that ceasefire is a decision that is made by the political leadership in Tel Aviv, and added that the army is always ready for any escalation.

In the West Bank this week Israeli forces conducted 40 incursions into Palestinian communities, during which they abducted 5 Palestinians. Israeli forces established dozens of checkpoints in the West Bank. At least 1 Palestinian was abducted at military checkpoints in the West Bank.

This Week in Palestine week 43 2012 - International Middle East Media Center

Our news usually reports Palestinian war crimes and attacks, but they tend not to report Israeli war crimes and they seldom report Israeli assassinations and other attacks against Palestinians...

I was going to ask if you're suggesting that the JFofGC article was false, but I guess that's a waste of time, since if you had any reason to suspect so you would have posted it, instead of trying to baffle simple brains with BS about sources.

Maybe you can explain how a Jewish community publication written for the Jewish community expects it can pull wool over it's own community's eyes, and why it would try.

Oh, and for any readers who missed the hundred previous threads on this topic:
