aaaahhhhh it's back to the "bear is ****ed so he plays running in circle games" routine....

This is the trained subjects mode of operation. He's the commonest of common zionist propagandists. Wet sponge was mentioned earlier and I must speak up for sponges and deny his evolution has reached any such lofty apex.

You don't know the facts or just ignore them?
You'd have to post them for me to ignore them, lol.

Here, this is where we started...

Here are a couple of articles from the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights that could or should be applied to this situation.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights

These are but a few. There are more that Israel violates in their policy and, well, simply their existence.
To which I replied...

I'm sure you can provide valid examples for each violation you claim.
To which you replied...

"Occupied territory" says it all.

I'm still waiting to see you show how so.

Have someone read and explain that to you, maybe even get them to respond.

Something other than your dancing would be refreshing, lol.

I've decided not to ever respond directly to it any longer.
The voices in your head?

Ya not responding is probably a good idea.

His ziopuppet act and material are soooooooo stale.
Pete's a ziopuppet?

What's a ziopuppet?

BS, as usual.

Your use of selective truth is dishonest...

Acquisition of Nationality by NaturalizationAdults may acquire Israeli citizenship by naturalization at the discretion of the Minister of the Interior and subject to a number of requirements, such as:

they must have resided in Israel for three years out of five years preceding the day of submission of the application;

-they are entitled to reside in Israel permanently and have settled or intended to settle in Israel;

-they have renounced their prior nationality, or have proved that they will cease to be foreign nationals

-upon becoming Israeli citizens.

The Minister of the Interior may exempt an applicant from some of these requirements.

Anyone can immigrate to Israel. And like Canada and 99% of nations, they have the right to deny your naturalization, for a myriad of reasons. Not being Jewish, isn't one of them.

Liar.

So how many non-Jews unrelated to an Israeli Jew get these Israeli Ministry of Interior approvals CB? Can you give me a number? As far as I can tell the total number since 2003 is zero.

Here is the reality backed up by references to reputable sources.

ISRAEL'S Supreme Court yesterday upheld a controversial law preventing West Bank Palestinians from living inside Israel with their Israeli Arab spouses.

The decision is expected to affect more than 20,000 families in which spouses from the West Bank had temporary permission to live in Israel or lived in the West Bank while awaiting hoped-for family unification inside Israel, according to the Mosawa Centre, an advocacy group for the Israeli Arab minority, who make up one fifth of Israel's population.

Murad al-Sanaa, an Arab lawyer from Israel who is married to a Palestinian from Bethlehem in the West Bank, said: "The court is preventing me from living with my wife. My children were born in Israel and are Israeli citizens, but now they have to live without their mother if they want to live in Israel."

A United Nations panel has urged Israel to repeal a new law forcing Palestinians who marry Israelis to live separate lives.

The Israeli Knesset approved a request by the government of Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, to extend the ban on family reunification for an additional year prohibiting granting Israeli citizenship, or even residency, to Palestinians, Lebanese, Iraqis or Syrians married to Israeli citizens.

I can back it up. Nooooooo problem. What would you like tho hear first?

You aren't interested in facts like the instant the occupation began the 4th Geneva Convention rules kicked in? That is called jus ad bellum. in the UN Charter.

Under the 4th Geneva Convention extra guarantees of basic rights kick in (147 of them to be precise). ANY violation of the rights are considered War Crimes.

Here is just a few of those rights while under occupation:

The main rules o f the law applicable in case of occupation state that:
  • The occupant does not acquire sovereignty over the territory.
  • Occupation is only a temporary situation, and the rights of the occupant are limited to the extent of that period.
  • The occupying power must respect the laws in force in the occupied territory, unless they constitute a threat to its security or an obstacle to the application of the international law of occupation.
  • The occupying power must take measures to restore and ensure, as far as possible, public order and safety.
  • To the fullest extent of the means available to it, the occupying power must ensure sufficient hygiene and public health standards, as well as the provision of food and medical care to the population under occupation.
  • The population in occupied territory cannot be forced to enlist in the occupier's armed forces.
  • Collective or individual forcible transfers of population from and within the occupied territory are prohibited.
  • Transfers of the civilian population of the occupying power into the occupied territory, regardless whether forcible or voluntary, are prohibited.
  • Collective punishment is prohibited.
  • The taking of hostages is prohibited.
  • Reprisals against protected persons or their property are prohibited.
  • The confiscation of private property by the occupant is prohibited.
  • The destruction or seizure of enemy property is prohibited, unless absolutely required by military necessity during the conduct of hostilities.
  • Cultural property must be respected.
  • People accused of criminal offences shall be provided with proceedings respecting internationally recognized judicial guarantees (for example, they must be informed of the reason for their arrest, charg ed with a specific offence and given a fair trial as quickly as possible).

Have any of these been broken by Israel leaving them guilty of War Crimes?

I'm not sure on when, but at last available stats, 200,000 non Jews and their families have immigrated to Israel. 180,000 Christians, and 20,000 unclassified.

I'm working on a link, it was a JPost article.

There's that selective truth you spoke of earlier, lol.

That has nothing to do with immigration from elsewhere in the world.

I can understand your need to be dishonest. It helps bolster your bigotry.

LOL...
I predict it doesn't follow the string, lol.

Have any of these been broken by Israel leaving them guilty of War Crimes?
That still doesn't prove...

"Occupied territories" says it all.

That's your claim.
