Again you lie- I have criticized Israeli War Crimes- And we know full well what and who you support.

And I should retract the term Freak- Your type is all to common- Singling out 1 ethnic group and supporting terrorists who would kill them all. Sadly your type is all to common. Though it is in these formats that you can spout your hatred and racism - Show how FFn dumb you are - make slanderous remarks- and lie thru your last 2 front teeth.

You,re obviously guessing about how many sets of front teeth EAO can grow.

That might be accurate, but Kaplan and ES could have done much better.

On the topic of demonizing propaganda... Here is an example of the reverse kind used against Israel.

The Muhammad al-Durrah incident took place in the Gaza Strip on September 30, 2000, on the second day of the Second Intifada, amid widespread rioting throughout the Palestinian territories. Jamal al-Durrah and his 12-year-old son, Muhammad, were filmed by Talal Abu Rahma, a Palestinian cameraman freelancing for France 2, as they sought cover behind a concrete cylinder after being caught in crossfire between Israeli soldiers and Palestinian security forces. The footage, which lasts just over a minute, shows the pair holding onto each other, the boy crying and the father waving, then a burst of gunfire and dust, after which the boy is seen slumped across his father's legs.[1]

Fifty-nine seconds of the footage were initially broadcast in France with a voiceover from Charles Enderlin, France 2's bureau chief in Israel, who did not witness the incident himself but got all information by phone from the cameraman, telling viewers that the al-Durrahs had been the "target of fire from the Israeli positions," and that the boy had died.[2] After an emotional public funeral, Muhammad was hailed throughout the Arab and Muslim worlds as a martyr.

Muhammad al-Durrah incident - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I am 99% certain that IDF soldiers shot at the father and son its possible/likely the boy died. Its unlikely that the video was staged. But the camera footage is just as out of context as ES's images of ISM newbies mugging for the cameras with firearms.

The context is during a riot. (Who brings their kid to a riot anyway... but maybe they were innocent bystanders who found themselves caught in a riot). During the riot, an Israeli military observation/sniper tower came under attack with gun fire and homemade petrol bombs. The soldiers inside were fighting for their lives and firing at anything that moved. I doubt they knew they were shooting at a boy and his father. I watched other videos from the same event, and it appeared that the IDF were ducked down behind a protective barrier and firing in the general direction of a large angry mob and were not aiming their fire at the father and son specifically. Common sense tells me the middle of a fire fight with an angry armed mob is an unlikely time for the IDF to choose to shoot an unarmed man and his son. But if you saw the video, it only shows the father and son, not context. That video has been used by anti-Israeli propagandists to fuel hatred against Jews and Israelis, when in my opinion, the IDF actions were reasonable and expected... based on my research of this event. Anyone who attempts to draw conclusions of the video with out reference the context of a riot and the desperate situation of the IDF soldiers on the tower is spinning BS, just like Kaplan and ES does regarding the ISM newbies posing with firearms.

Goober, has never once spoke up against injustice or oppression suffering by Palestinians. He's never criticized a single Israeli war crime or crime against humanity. Its pretty clear Goober supports oppressive and unjust Israeli policies which discriminate against people based on their race/religion.
That is an outright lie.

And you should know it, since you and Goob's were close buddies when he started here. And he most definitely took your side on more than one issue.

Why are you such a lying troll EAO?

Not you? or was that sarcasm to pull my chain? You've always seemed rather level minded and have never made such an allegation against me in the past. If you seriously believe I hate Jews or any other religious group, then please back up your opinion with a single post by me where I've made a single derogatory comment against any other religious group, Jewish or otherwise.

CB, G and ES make these kind of slanderous remarks against me all the time and your post indicates thatif a person is smeared with enough crap some sticks, no matter how hard you defend yourself... which is why they make these unfounded allegations against me.

I stand by condemnations of religious based discrimination, oppression and injustice which leads to war crimes and crimes against humanity. I have no problems condemning either side's transgressions, but its only when I criticize Israel that I get flamed by G, ES, CB and others..

As far as religion is concerned, I am agnostic. I don't consider religion to as an accurate indicator of a person's morality or ethics. I could no more hate someone for being Jewish than for driving a white or a black car... Religion is completely beside the point as far as I;m concerned.

People who support the oppression and injustice suffered by Palestinians resort to the anti-Semite label because they want to change the debate from being about freedom and justice to being about antisemitism. I am a critic of Israel's treatment of the people Zionists displaced. I am against religious based oppression and injustice... NOT any specific religion.

This thread started out about Rachel Corrie's death while she was an ISM volunteer.

ES's photos of newbies to Palestine before they took their ISM training and became ISM members does not accurately portray what the ISM is, or how they operate. If the ISM was an armed terrorist group or supporter of terrorism, Rachel Corrie would not have been standing in front of an Israeli bulldozer wearing a bright orange jacket armed only with a bull horn. US and Israeli security services have investigated the ISM and determined they are not a security threat.

As far as I can determine, the ISM uses non-violent methods to resist oppression and injustice for one side of this conflict. Their members are 15-20% Jewish and some are Israeli.

The way how ES's reference smears the ISM with selective facts, deliberately misleading statements, unsubstantiated allegations and boldfaced lies are the same tactics ES, G, and CB use against me. I can relate to the smear job Kaplan gave the ISM in ES's referenced article. If you aren't bright enough to see through the BS in ES's referenced article, then I doubt you are bright enough to understand what I am trying to say through all the BS that ES, G, CB and others dump on me. Every time they makle another smear, I'm going to post what I believe to be accurate.

Please notice, I am able to do this making personal attacks. I don't call people names and instead counter what they post with my opinion. I seriously try to avoid getting in a mud slinging contest...

My position regarding the Israeli/Palestinian conflict is based on my belief that everyone should have a minimum of rights and freedoms. This conflict is the only one I know where the Harper government has stated unshakeable support for a regime which practices religious based discrimination, oppression and injustice against people who have no rights or freedoms.

I will continue to speak out against injustice and oppression even if that means some here can't see past the antisemitic label others try to pin on me.

Ramallah, 16th September 2006:

Recently, photos were posted on the internet showing five foreigners posing with members of the Palestinian security services in Jericho while holding police weapons, along with the claim that four of the foreigners were volunteers with the International Solidarity Movement (ISM). The article accompanying the photos also claims that the fifth, unnamed foreigner with the obscured face in the photos went undercover in order to try and sabotage those, such as the ISM, who support Palestinian non-violent resistance.

At the time the photographs were taken, these individuals had not yet become ISM volunteers. They went to Jericho of their own volition without coordinating or discussing their plans with the International Solidarity Movement. They had not attended ISM’s mandatory intensive non-violence training and were new to the country. The fifth foreigner encouraged them to join him in the photographs and have their pictures taken holding guns. These individuals regrettably followed his advice.

We have discovered the real name of the fifth foreigner to be XXXX XXXXXX from Britain, though he gave his surname as Andrews at the time. The article is filled with the now standard fabrications and distortions – too many to list in full. Possibly the most outrageous claim is that two of the foreigners in the photos are now in Israeli custody, which is totally untrue. This article is part of a long standing campaign to slander ISM and destroy non-violent Palestinian resistance by spreading false information. See previous statements on the ISM site.

None of the individuals photographed ever took part in any violent activity. As non-violence is one of the three basic principles of ISM, they would have been required to leave if they had done so. At ISM’s training in Palestine, as a condition for joining ISM in Palestine, all activists are required to commit to supporting only non-violent resistance. These volunteers did so. At the training, all activists are also instructed never to touch any weapon, or even anything that resembles a weapon.

Dave, a volunteer from Ireland featured in the photos, said: “XXXX wanted his photo taken with the guys in the prison, then one of them gave him a gun to hold and they also offered them to us to hold for photos. We were a bit reluctant to take them because of the simple fact that they were guns – not because pictures of future ISMers holding guns could cause trouble. After some encouragement from XXXX and the Palestinians we took them and thought no more about it”.

Upon learning of this incident, ISM activists informed these individuals that touching weapons violates ISM’s policies and that they would not be permitted to volunteer unless they agreed never to handle weapons. All except XXXXXX apologized and deleted their photographs. XXXXXX did not attend ISM training and subsequently disappeared. Following their training, the others worked diligently and without incident with the ISM and Palestinian communities in support of non-violent direct action. According to Dave: “we are deeply sorry for the trouble this has caused. We are of course completely committed to non-violence and realize that we made a terrible mistake”.

ISM remains committed to supporting and engaging with Palestinian communities in non-violent resistance. ISM intends to re-examine its information resources and training in order to make clear to everyone intending to volunteer in the future that handling weapons in any situation is unacceptable.

Yes the group was infiltrated and exposed for what they really are. It is called investigative reporting.

They have a right to know who he is? Why MD? Would you like him hurt? Harrassed? Maybe given a good beating?

So I take it you hate the Joooos as well MD?
