LOL - where is your link?? My link is much more up to date that yours.
Oh yippy, another one that thinks everything is on the net, and that if you can't find a link, it doesn't exist.

Talk about take liberties with the truth.
You'd be the expert

So, you don't deny, that the US sat on it's rump during the first three years of the WORLD WAR, and dealt with both sides?? How typical of an American to feel a World War only begins when they are attacked. It took actual bombing of the US to make you guys get off your cowardly asses and get involved. Making too much bloody money before that happened right??
Further evidence of your silly anti American prejudices aside. The fact that the US had no moral, nor legal obligation to enter the war, you'd have to ignore the bonds of the Armistice too. To be as ignorant as you are.
After all it was legal and there was money to be made. By the way, your link on Ford is decades out of date. Try mine, it cites proof coming from your own government files, amongst other sources.
The outbreak of war in September 1939 resulted inevitably in the full conversion by GM and Ford of their Axis plants to the production of military aircraft and trucks....On the ground, GM and Ford subsidiaries built nearly 90 percent of the armored "mule" 3- ton half-trucks and more than 70 percent of the Reich's medium and heavy-duty trucks. These vehicles, according to American intelligence reports, served as "the backbone of the German Army transportation system."....
Those are munitions, not arms, nor weapons.

Your limited comprehension skills are showing.

LOL....It was GM's & Ford's plants in Germany.
Can you name any of the German board of directors?

Canada never had miltiary plants in Germany
Neither did the US.

...after all we were fighting the Nazi's from 1939.
Ummm, ya, a Commonwealth has a tendency to do what the home office tells them.

So on top of being a run of the mill anti American, and liar, you're a nationalist as well. Not really surprised, they are almost always mutual flaws.

"Yes, we are part of NATO .......you know the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Generally speaking it is the US that leads these forces." My comment.

Where do they generally lead them? We are not in charge of NATO.

Again, Please point out where I DENIED Canada was leading this time. What about GENERALLY do you not understand. Talk about take liberties with the truth.

Why bring that we generally lead them?

So, you don't deny, that the US sat on it's rump during the first three years of the WORLD WAR, and dealt with both sides??

I ABSOLUTELY deny that!

Having math problems? By your calculations the US did not get into the war until September 1942. Can you add?

How typical of an American to feel a World War only begins when they are attacked.

Yes... I'd say this is a very dumb accusation.

It took actual bombing of the US to make you guys get off your cowardly asses and get involved. Making too much bloody money before that happened right??

Oh really? The first Canadian soldier killed was in Hong Kong in January 1942.

Canadian World War II Battles - Canada at War

Read it and weep sister!

Out of date? Its on wiki under Henry Ford. The same place you are getting most of your info.

Truth hurts eh?

LOL....It was GM's & Ford's plants in Germany, that were put into full production. Canada never had miltiary plants in Germany, after all we were fighting the Nazi's from 1939.

Only a handfull of Canadian airmen (along with the American Eagle Squadron) got to see a German during the Battle of Britain. Canadian troops didn't fight Germans until Dieppe in August 1942 against the Germans. The war had been raging for almost 3 years!

I would imagine she is frantically searching her Unexplained Mysteries Discussion Forums to get more "facts"!
Almost a guarantee.

Hence why her links almost always don't work. She's trying to copy and paste a copy and paste made by someone else. I oft found that something gets lost in the shuffle.

So we can add that she doesn't even do her own research to the list of her flaws. That explains more than the rest of her flaws.

Yep i think you nailed it....and the links work for her because she already has those page in her temporary internet files folder...
If she ever cleaned her temp folder (I doubt she knows how)....they wouldn't work for her either.....

ES and Das just took the fun out of my reply...

Sorry phone call.....
Had difficulty figuring out how to answer it? Or which part to hold up to your head?
1, U.S. CORPORATIONS AND THE NAZIS
Op/Ed intro. Lots of claims, no proof.

2,
WILLIAM RANDOLPH HEARST
Pre war, not relevant to your claims.

But you should look up "yellow journalism". You and Hearst share much in common.

I could go on, but it would be pointless. Especially since I need to send $25 to get to see the bibliography.
Nothing new, Ford built trucks in Germany.
Again, nothing new, GM built vehicles in Germany.

Hope you don't choke on them.
No one can choke on fluff.

Whatever you do Bear......don't ever ask for her views on 9/11...
I already asked, and got no answer, if she believes the US Federal Reserve is a private institution.

Too bad those links work right?? and no none of them are are saved in any way on my pc. Why would I bother. Oh and I do not belong to the Unexplained mysteries forum. And yes I clean my temp folder.

But hey, I do understand where it would take 3 of you hammering against one. Unfortunately it still isn't enough. LOL. Now, I am going to busy for sometime so you will have find someone else to hassle.

Yes, it is to bad for you.

Why would I bother.
Because you claimed earlier that the US was trying to bury that detrimental intel.

But hey, I do understand where it would take 3 of you hammering against one.
It's apparent you don't understand a lot.

Unfortunately it still isn't enough.
For what?

What is it you are trying to prove now?

You already stated that the US did not supply arms to Germany.

Although you still seem to be confused about the difference between US foreign policy and US private industry.

Why can't you tell me why allegedly Prescott Bush' holding were returned to him by the "Allien property custodian"?

LOL. Now, I am going to busy for sometime so you will have find someone else to hassle.
Going to a seminar on how to use the phone?

I don't like the fact that in Canada a country that I AM a citizen of) does not have actual "Free Speech". If your speech "offends" someone, or even MIGHT offend someone, you can be brought before a tribunal, fined, and even in extreme cases, jailed.

I don't like the fact that a murderer in Canada can not receive more than 25 years in prison.

But, that does NOT stop me from visiting Canada frequently.

The gun issue is a red herring, and the person that posted this topic knows that full well. You don't like guns, fine. But, how many casual passersby were shot in the USA in the past 20 years? How many tourists were shot? Tis really is not an issue at all.

Personally, I love shooting. I learned to shoot in the US Army back in 1959. I volunteered one day to try out for our Battalion Pistol team (I had never shot a handgun in my life, but it got me out of a detail I didn't want to go on).

It turned out that I had a knack for shooting, and I was selected for the team, given additional training and I ended up shooting on our Battalion Team,. Artillery Group Team, VII Corps Pistol Team, 7th Army Pistol Team and finally the USAREUR (United States Army Europe) Pistol team. I shot Small Bore Pistol .22 Caliber), and I was VERY, VERY good at it.

I owned, at one time in my life, over 200 hand guns. Each and every one of them was registered with the police (in case of theft, etc.) and with the US Army (so I could take them on and off Post). I have fired hundreds of thousands of rounds over the years, primarily at paper targets. I have NEVER fired a handgun at a human being.

I also keep a 12 gauge pump shotgun at my home, for personal defense. If someone breaks in, I don't want to even try to hit them with a pistol round, I want to blow the bastard right through the wall!

I keep all of my weapons locked up, in a large safe, except for that shotgun. My wife, who has been required to utilize a wheelchair for over 40 years, has fired it many times, and she would also use it to protect herself if necessary. I live out in the country, and i am not about to wait for some police officer to arrive while my wife is being raped, or my possessions stolen by a thug. He breaks into MY home, he's meat for the dogs.

Guns do NOT kill people, people kill people. That is actual fact. If you really want to kill someone, you will find a way. An ax is just as deadly as a handgun is.

Given the above.........there is no way you can be OBJECTIVE about the gun issue and will slant the situation to favor gun ownership and all the violence that comes with it.

The things you don't like about Canada are exactly what makes Canada a lot more humanitarian than the US. Canada still tries to stay away from becoming totally savage. in its policies , and ideologies.

.

That is a misnomer- a murderer in Canada can not receive a minimum sentence of more than 25 years in prison. Olson has already served considerably more.
