They teach history in the US? That is news to me. I thought they only taught how great the US is and how they single handedly save the world form evil.
Certainly not their god. It is too busy laughing itself silly. I can see it now, Jesus and Allah in a bar slamming beers, hanging off each other in hysterics.

C'mon JLM, give gopher his due. He spent a couple of days digging up an obscure passage to provide some kind of support for his belief that Hitler waged war in the name of Christianity... Too bad that Hitler also waged war for the "Glory of the Fatherland", to purge the aryan race of impurities or to engage the 1000 year reich.
It's unfortunate that people like gopher can't get their head around the notion that 20th century warfare employs the easiest and most convenient motivators like King, country and/or God, when in fact, it's always done for the self-glorification of the national leader of the warring nation himself.
