Certainly not their god. It is too busy laughing itself silly. I can see it now, Jesus and Allah in a bar slamming beers, hanging off each other in hysterics.

It wrong to show Mo so here is his stein.

When Mohammed gets drunk enough he can swim on land.

But he can't do this:

and you're just as bad as the idiot zealots in Christianity/Islam/Athiest.

gerryh, if you claim yourself righteous, and that God favors and prefers you, then long for death if you are truthful --> so that you will go to Paradise in the neighborhood of your Lord.

(Say [Mohammed to them]: "O you of Jewry, in case you claim that you are favorite friends of God, apart from other people, then do you long for death if you are truthful [in your claim.]")

But they will never long for it [: the death], because of [the sins and the wrong] that their hands have forwarded [to the afterlife]; God is All-Knowing about the wrong-doers [: the Jews who wrong people and plunder their rights.]

Say: "The death from which you flee will surely encounter you, then shall you be brought back to [God] Who knows that [of your works is hidden and that is open]; and then He shall inform you of what [evil works] you have done.)

The above between brackets is the explanation of the aya 62: 6-8

Israel Is Divorced

why do that? If he wants to believe that "God" ordered those deaths to support his bigoted outlook towards Christianity, let him.

and your bigoted rants about "jews", along with your junk science brought down by addle minded idiots from centuries gone by, is getting more than a little tiresome.

Man shouldn't be rigidly minded and do not consider any new idea; some people want to have a course midway between faith and blasphemy and tell this one you are wrong and that one you are wrong.

(Those who disbelieve in God and His apostles [: messengers], and intendto discriminate God from His apostles [by denying some of them], and say:"We believe in some [of the prophets] and disbelieve in others" [:Jews disbelieve in Jesus and Mohammed; Christians disbelieve in Mohammed] andintend to take a course midway [between guidance and misguidance.]

These, in truth, are the disbelievers; and We have prepared for thedisbelievers a humiliating chastisement.)

The above between brackets is the explanation of the Quran 4: 150-151

Muslim or Christian, there is no man more rigidly minded and narrowly minded, than a religious zealot like you. Most of the Christian zealots that used to be here are gone (except for Coldstream and Dennis the Atheist Killer))

... And then he annexed Poland 'cause it was the will of Allah?

Here you go , genius:

Adolph Hitler said: "Today Christians ... stand at the head of [this country]... I pledge that I never will tie myself to parties who want to destroy Christianity .. We want to fill our culture again with the Christian spirit ... We want to burn out all the recent immoral developments in literature, in the theater, and in the press - in short, we want to burn out the *poison of immorality* which has entered into our whole life and culture as a result of liberal excess during the past ... (few) years." [The Speeches of Adolph Hitler, 1922-1939, Vol. 1 (London, Oxford University Press, 1942), pg. 871-872]

Hitler stated: "Christ was the greatest early fighter in the battle against the world enemy, the Jews . . . The work that Christ started but could not finish, I--Adolf Hitler--will conclude."

"My feelings as a Christian point me to my Lord and Saviour as a fighter." Adolf Hitler, in a speech delivered in Munich, 12 April 1922

"Hence today I believe that I am acting in accordance with the will of the Almighty Creator: by defending myself against the Jew, I am fighting for the work of the Lord."
Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf, Ralph Mannheim, ed., p. 65, New York: Mariner Books, 1999

"We were convinced that the people needs and requires this faith. We have therefore undertaken the fight against the atheistic movement, and that not merely with a few theoretical declarations: we have stamped it out."
Adolf Hitler, in a speech delivered in Berlin, 24 October 1933

"Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee." (Revelation 3:9)

But wait! Let's blame Allah!!!

Why would anyone want to quote a verified nut case, not to mention being one of the worst and cruelest villains to ever set foot on the planet?

C'mon JLM, give gopher his due. He spent a couple of days digging up an obscure passage to provide some kind of support for his belief that Hitler waged war in the name of Christianity... Too bad that Hitler also waged war for the "Glory of the Fatherland", to purge the aryan race of impurities or to engage the 1000 year reich.

It's unfortunate that people like gopher can't get their head around the notion that 20th century warfare employs the easiest and most convenient motivators like King, country and/or God, when in fact, it's always done for the self-glorification of the national leader of the warring nation himself.

The religion of peace is no worse than the religion that claims to worship the Prince of Peace.

it's about time that some of you on this forum recognize that

Go back to the Crusades and your right, but I think the followers of the "Prince of Peace" have for the most part matured in the past 1500 years or so. The religion of peace has yet to find its peace.
