Point is God ordered them to kill. Killing is okay by God. In the original Big 10 Christians replaced the word Hebrew murder with the Greek word for kill.

It's fine to kill but murder is a no no.

The Hebrew word you want to look up is Ratsach. Which mean murder.

I think any wars started in the name of God are false.

Wars are something we do to ourselves, God has nothing to do with it and I doubt He approves.

A lot of sh*t is stirred up by these religious whackos (know it alls) who think it's up them to interpret God's intentions. The world would be a whole lot better off if people just minded their own business (99% of the time)

I'll believe a dictionary over an opinion any day.

Does our Canadian Jewdiciary separate the two words clearly and precisely?

They sure as **** do.

And good for Canadian law.

Killing will only get you 2 years in the pokey while murder gets you 25. Why? Different words. Different meanings.

Hmmmmm.... you've managed to change the subject quite nicely. At no point was I talking about the meaning of different words. I see, though, that you've decided to do just that.

Crusades certainly wasn't a defensive war. Many Christian crusaders went to Jerusalem in hopes of finding riches and the entire goal was to conquer land not defend it and spread Christianity.. Christians waged war not only on Muslims but Jews, Slavs , Russian and Greek Orthodox Christians and others.

I give you a thumbs up for that, I needed a good laugh. Thanks!

If that is believe what you were saying so be it.

Speaking correct meanings, Islam means "submission" not peace.

God let people have war to punish them by the might of each other.
People wrong each other --> misguided and deluded --> Discension, then conflict and wars.
If God so willed, He could prevent them from fighting each other.

Wars among Jews
Their Hearts Were Hardened

Wars also took place among Christians themselves: like the two world wars in which 50 million of people
Muslims also like others also fought each other: like the Iran-Iraq war that lasted 7 years+7 months.

Sounds very malevolent :)

These fellas were good friends.

Actually, Petros, that is historically untrue.

Pope Pius XII detested Hitler and the Nazis......................although he bowed readily to the fascist reality. He was blinded by what he saw as the needs of the Church, an inadequate excuse, but hardly being "good friends". He was also anti-Semetic, par for the Catholic course, but he was far from a Holocaust supporter.

Read Hitler's Pope................a book that works very hard to demonize Pius, but fails utterly, IMHO

Rich Jews like Rothschild supported England and its allies against the other party; that's what made Balfour give his declaration:
Balfour’s Declaration—November, 2, 1917

While WW2 was ambiguous as to their role: some say: Hitler in indirect way made easy their migration to Palestine or might have forced them to do so; and others say the Zionists supported the allies in that war, and so the allies supported them after the end of the WW2

I'd say killing under God's direct orders are BS yes.

why do that? If he wants to believe that "God" ordered those deaths to support his bigoted outlook towards Christianity, let him.

and your bigoted rants about "jews", along with your junk science brought down by addle minded idiots from centuries gone by, is getting more than a little tiresome.
