On my keyboard, the '2' and the '3' are side by side, and it's not unheard of for a book to be printed with a typo in it.
I would be more inclined to accept the accuracy of the Conservative Party's bio, than some book and a 'familypeedonya' website created by who knows.

lol does Canada even have a citizenship requirement? let alone "natural born".
Hitlers was born on April 20th, 1889. He committed suicide on April 30, 1945. I know this because my own birthday is April 30, and i've always thought highly of it as the date of Hitler's demise.
I am distressed to learn i might share a birthday with Adolf Harper though (if in fact he was born on April 30), it is likely the only thing i share with him.
I suspect he was born on April 20th however, which is on the cusp of Aires. He doesn't strike me as any sort of Taurus.

The canadian encyclopedia(english) says 30th april and the french version says the 20th.
Somewhere along the way he lied to one of them. Or everybody has been had. It's like one big joke and he's laughing his taurus head off.

There are innumerable advantages of claiming to be born on the 30th of the month. Any month! Hundreds, thousands or maybe even millions suffered because they were not born on the 30th day! Just IMAGINE how devilishly clever Harper was to lie about his birthday, when even Jesus never had enough brains to designate His birthday on the 30th day.
