Gerry's messages and the way he delivers then can often be two different things. Those of us who've been here a while have come to know that as his way. He contributes. Yes, his way can be annoying. Yes, he gets told when the delivery is over the top. Yes, he gets his time outs. That's called character. Why is it some folks with much less time in here think theirs is the way things should run?

I don't see where time on the forum has anything to do with it, but if you want to argue with people who object to rudeness and profanity, that's up to you.

Argue ... or debate? I find debating people who manipulate words into what they want hear every bit as vexing as attempting to reason with the unreasonable, mincing words with a drunk or becoming the target of a four letter word shower.
