I am gradually working my way through the "Lincoln Rhyme" novels of Jeffrey Deaver - they are excellent !

Maybe if you read something other than recycled left wing propaganda blogs you would learn something???

I do.

It criticizes both right and left for their respective economic fallacies.

But I wouldn't expect someone who reads recycled right wing propaganda to understand.

The Saga of the San Demetrio London by F Tennyson Jesse.

It is a small book, barely a quarter inch thick, more the size of a novella, but it is a first edition that I bought on Ebay for five bucks and it tells the tale of a group a merchant sailors who salvage the oil tanker they abandoned after it was attacked by a German Marauder. My Paternal Grandfather's brother was aboard the San Demetrio and is a main character in the book.

It was also made into a film.
