Did you hear about the selections of next year's Winter Classic. Frickin' Philadelphia(again!) and New York(Rangers). It seems to be a revolving door with the same damned teams over and over again. Yawn! *rolls eyes*

Devils won again today in the shootout. I hate the Trap, but it works for the Devils. If they make it into the playoffs, I think they will do well against certain teams but not against others(I think that Chicago or Vancouver would do well against them, but a lot of the other teams would have trouble).
Of course, the playoffs being the playoffs, anything can happen. A team that no one expects could win it all(Nashville? Phoenix? Calgary? San Jose?!?)
*sigh* It doesn't look good for the Leafs getting in.
I will feel sorry for her when the regular season is finished...and the Leafs are in the post-season.
The Devils win again! Pretty stupid time for Pittsburgh to take a penalty(in OT). A 2-1 win for the Devils(I hate the Trap!). Toronto needs to win tomorrow night(against Chicago) to keep the 5 point cushion.

The reason for a discrepancy in ice time for goalies could be due to a delayed penalty call to the opposing team. Since play is whistled dead when they touch the puck, the goalie can freely leave to go to the bench.
I am not sure if there was a penalty on the play, however, so I am merely guessing.
I guess that smilie represents Texas, as they are now dead as a doornail. Their offense was horrible for most of the series(and even the one game they won, they didn't have a killer offense).;)

A lack of something, that is for sure! LOL! Hard to believe it's going to be Halloween tomorrow! How many kids do you usually get trick-or-treating? Last year I had about 50(which is an increase from previous years). I've got a box with 94 assorted mini-chocolate bars so I hope I don't have more than that!

I think he laboured so much due to his tweaked groin(which happened during his bunt attempt, I believe). It's going to be a nail-biting series, of that I have no doubt. -
