came home late from a youth soccer double header and did not have time to cook so I just made myself a good old fashion tuna fish sandwich with apple juice

Halibut Curry probably the Best Ever certainly the Best without Coconut milk; Cinnamon tree leaves add something exotic wouldn't be the same without them.

I'm having a Grenfell - big tasty chunks of Middle Eastern meat rigorously flame-grilled and smoked and pocketed in a well-cooked cladding of pitta.

slices of Spam
mozzarella cheese slice
lettuce
Italian salad dressing for topping


orange-pear juice

large cup of hot cocoa with half & half topped with ginger & cinnamon powder

Looks like breakfast on toast with cheese tomorrow too...maybe lunch...
