That plate is almost exactly what I had for supper, last night. The only thing missing is to the Grace hot sauce.

cut it with a spoon liver n hunions n spuds n gravey

made a rather complex but tasty sea food soup:


mussels
clams
white rice
tomato sauce
seasonings, Italian salad dressing, soy sauce, & lemon juice

topped with spinach (which had been cooked separately) and a large dab of chopped ham


one essential ingredient is the preparation is corn starch to add thickening to the soup



very hearty - look forward to leftovers for tomorrow

Louisiana Pepper Chicken Sandwich.

"Yeah, I'd like the sub if the day, on a Mediterranean
bun, with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, green peppers,
banana peppers, more banana peppers, black olives,
green olives, mushrooms, pickles, onions, a few more
banana peppers, black pepper, Louisiana sauce (what
ever that is), a healthy squirt of Franks Red Hot sauce,
a shot of Tzatziki sauce to tame that down a bit, and
grilled please!"

They even squeezed a bit of chicken into that
sandwich somehow. Viola! Supper & no dishes....
