Pressured for time...?
I bought a one touch pressure cooker on sale at Wally world a few months ago, and say for a jerked chicken, spiced this morning with Jamaican jerk spice, Caribbean spice and roasted garlic, and garlic plus, and put in the pressure cooker tonight;

5 minutes to get up to steam, and then 15 minutes under pressure, and 5 minutes to cool...
and my $6.66 on sale chicken is Jerked.
Spuds/ carrots; 10 minutes, while chicken rests
smash spuds with green onions and sour creem and butter
Sinful.

two suppers and a lunch...
and only one pot to wipe clean.

I never could filet the trout we caught . It's a good tasting fish but there's too many bones.
butterfly the fish and pull em out AFTER you cook it
just slide a fork under them and they come right out as a connected whole...
like a predator trophy
