Response to post #15.

MollyGrove if you have something against the present government in the United States, you must have agreed with the previous one. Although, based on your post you are too young and immature to form a solid opinion either way.

Yeah that makes a load of sense. Maybe he doesn't like the government in general, no matter if it's republican or democrat, AKA: how it works/operates.

And stating someone is too immature to form an opinion of their own says something about your own post, a'thankya.

Do you figure that information obtained by torturing someone is of any use at all? All that you get out of the tortured is the exact answer that the torturer wants to hear so that the torture will be stopped. No doubt, that satisfies the torturer but if he has discovered any actual truth in the process, it us only by chance.

I thought I replied to this thread back in the day, oh well... Anyways I remember back in the day my buds and I were drinking and I came up with the idea of water boarding each other... I think I lasted like half a second, yea I know.... wimp... But I remember reading that some folks were getting it on the minutes and remember thinking, damn I wouldn't want to experience that.

There's an exception to every rule................like those two bastards in Hamilton!

Ignoring your reply took 4 years .....

No there is not. You either torture or you don't. You can't make exceptions based upon the severity of the crime. Nor can you be the judge jury and executioner.

the use of torture excludes due process
punishment is something else entirely
