Read the report. The people on the Mavi Maramara weren't the only ones the IDF attacked on the high seas that day. The IDF used force against people who were acting passively and non-violently on all ships. On the Mavi Marmara, the people on board were attacked in international waters outside of the blockade area just like the people on the other ships. The people on the other ships suffered serious injuries and were maltreated, even though they acted passively and non-violently. The IDF launched an unprovoked attack against the people on the Mavi Marmara. Because these people didn't act passively, some of them faced lethal consequences, even though they weren't using lethal force and in some cases may have already been subdued.
Also, the General Assembly established the UNHRC by adopting a resolution (A/RES/60/251) on 15 March 2006, in order to replace the previous UNCHR and adopted a number of changes to address concerns by the US, Israel and Canada that it was unfairly biased against Israel. It also made a good human rights record a requirement for membership. Canada was a member of the new committee until 2009. I consider them far more reliable than Jihadwatch, GreenFootballs, and other Islamaphobic sites which form the foundation of your irrational hate and fear of Muslims. At least the UNHRC has wide repreeentation and a diversity of viewpoints. Your hatesites all scream the same propaganda in unison.
THERE IS NO "BLOCKADE AREA".
Turkey expels Israeli ambassador over flotilla raid - The Globe and Mail
You've never even been in a fist fight, have you?? Much less been attacked with knives, and iron bars. OF COURSE an attack with clubs and knives allows lethal force to be used.........
On Friday, Turkey went a step further by putting military pacts with its erstwhile ally on ice.
“All military agreements have been suspended,” Mr. Davutoglu added.
Mr. Davutoglu said some of the report’s findings were questionable and that Turkey did not recognise the legitimacy of the blockade of Gaza.
“Turkey will take all measures which it sees as necessary for freedom of navigation in the eastern Mediterranean,” Mr. Davutoglu said.
“Turkey does not recognise Israel’s blockade of Gaza. It will secure the study of this blockade at the International Court of Justice. We are beginning initiatives to get the UN General Assembly moving (on this),” he added.

My emphasis.........
The Turks are looking for trouble.
The Blockade has already been found to be perfectly legal.
