A West Virginia House panel adopted articles of impeachment Tuesday against all four state Supreme Court justices, escalating a widening scandal in the state's judicial system.
The 14 articles of impeachment, adopted by the House Committee on the Judiciary, accuse Chief Justice Margaret Workman and Justices Allen Loughry, Robin Davis and Elizabeth Walker of failing to carry out the court's administrative duties and wasteful spending during office renovations.

California firefighters say Trump's order for more water is useless
California officials say the Trump administration��s effort to provide more water to firefighters is useless and that it won't affect the on-the-ground response to the dozen-plus wildfires still raging through the state.
��We have absolutely no shortage of water,�� Mike Mohler, deputy director at Cal Fire, the state��s firefighting agency, told the Washington Examiner. ��There is no issue in Northern California, and there is no issue in Southern California with water. The directive has not impacted any of our operations statewide. It��s been status quo. The real issue is the dry conditions and explosive fire growth.��

Seems that the fire fighters would know what they need. Maybe they should be consulted , instead of just issuing a dictum

Good for him. Another stupid law overturned. It is up to (perspective)students to determine their course in life, not the government to ditate what they can or cannot spend their own money on.
Taxpayer financed universities and colleges OTH have an obligation to provide education that reflects the job market necessities.
