This is probably What Hoid meant. The 126 million refers not to the number of Russian posts, but to the number of people the Russians posts reached.

Oh! That does not surprise me in the least. The Russia Today TV channel on YouTube alone is the most watched in the world. It just won a Webby Award. People are cross posting and referencing this channel all across the social media networks.
And the reason is because what Russia Today broadcasts is what people are really interested in. They want to know more about the topics RT and Sputnik cover. Nobody is twisting their arms to force them to watch. You would think that American channels would follow the same recipe in order to get an increase in viewers.
I subscribe to a simple basic cable TV package, and so I don't get FOX or MSNBC or CNN as an example. But, for some unknown reason, this week I have access to MSNBC and CNN among many others. And, what I found most amazing is that MSNBC and CNN is 24-7 Trump and The Clowns. It is just as though in a country of 300 million, this is the only story deserving attention. (Outside of warfare.) Not much talk about much else but political drama.

US cable news seems to be mostly about obsessing over one story or the other. Trump is an endless source of material so both CNN and FOX seem to focus on him.
It is quite incredible that a phone interview with the President of the US ended up with the show's host telling Trump it was time to sign off. I can't think if any previous president who would have been given such treatment.
As we saw, they didn't even turn the mic off when obama was not even on screen...
