I dont think your drinking the water at that level.And if it's that close to an oil or gas deposit you would not be drinking it anyways.Not too many water wells are drilled to the depth of a gas or oil well.
No such thing as a fracking well,fracking is a procedure to make a gas or oil well more productive,the service rigs go down the same drill hole the oil rig made.You dont want to drink the water thats at the same level as a oil or gas deposit anyways,and casing protects any aquifer near surface,where most water wells are at.
Within 2 hours of an oil rig moving off lease the service rigs move in.
Whatever dude. The fact is, the holes they drill, and then flood with chemicals, are being drilled close to peoples water wells.
Causing all manner of issues.
Now I don't buy every flaming tap story I read. But if 10% of the documented evidence on how bad fracking is, is solid. Then I say ban it.
Medicine hats,all hell for a basement because of all the surface gas deposits.Once again,you would never be drawing water from next to an oil deposit,thats called brackish water and they use it for sagd wells.
The flaming tap storys are true,thats what happens when your well is next to a surface deposit.
CP rail tried drilling for water around their tracks in Medicine hat and the rigs kept burning down,thats when gas was first exploited there.
Old Jed was drilling for water and he hit gas.lol!
