Yes... he was elected to GOVERN the country. He has no clue as to how to do it. He might be able to do ok in the business world......but that is a whole different ball game. The business world has one focus : the bottom line. Governing a nation has a focus of doing what is best for an entire population. the budget is NB......but creating a country that has a high standard and quality of life for EVERYONE is the role of a governing administration........and has to follow certain principles and ethics accomplishing that


What is interesting in this whole mess is that the Republicans hold the democrats to a much higher standard then they do themselves. Their current behavior under Trump is evidence of that.

There is the real problem. Government MUST be run like a business otherwise it will fail. Just look at the accumulated debt from not running it like a business.

Well, I can see your point there. So, the US and NATO should pull out of all foreign operations, because they aren't causing any loss to us.


And your medicare costs should only be covered to the amount of provincial sales tax you personally pay, everything on top of that should come out of your pocket.

Yes. The purpose of government is to support and enable the prosperity of everyone. Obviously the most prosperous half of society doesn't need as much support as the least prosperous half. Do you see any sense in the notion that an Olympic weightlifter should receive exactly the same amount of assistance in carrying groceries as a frail grandmother receives?
