A very brief answer is that according to the Bible , followers of Jesus are to give testimony of Jesus and share the Gospel of Jesus ---at the same time-- it is up to each individual to accept what is being offered, it is a free gift of grace through Jesus Christ. As followers it is our job to plant the seed-- it might germinate on the spot or at a later time. We are also called to pray on the behalf of others.
And what happens to those individuals who, having heard about the offer from people like yourself, choose to reject it? Isn't the alternative an eternity of conscious torment in fire? Pretty it up any way you want, that's not a gift, that's a gangster style "offer you can't refuse" threat. Looks to me like your deity's running a protection racket.
