I am one of those 761 "hits" and I didn't read those scriptures. Betcha there's more.
I read enough of the Bible to get the idea that we should love each other and not mess with each other, respect each other without trying to impose our personal views on each other, etc. The BS about walking on water, and turning water into wine, burning bushes that talk, splitting ocean water in half, etc. I took as being the product of the hallucinogen de jour. lol

Since I asked this question, I have something going on on the 25th....I mean something was planned for the 25th, which may have some bearing on the establishment of the Kingdom of God. (I'm not kidding).
I will meeting with a fellow to discuss a project, how grand it becomes is up to him, or maybe up to Him...
I wouldn't take my tin foil hat off quite yet....
Also, our local community has got their Christian radio tower up and running, we'll see how that goes...
Things are afoot, that's why I asked the date. 6-25-2008 is a "5" day (signifies "for the People") which is pretty much in line with what I'm going to be up to that day.
Serendipity is a difficult thing to track....

Though well intentioned cause, it has brought ridicule and embarrassment to the Christian community.
I would rather set something out there that would give credit to rather than ridicule.
We both know Jesus as the world does not, so to that end should be our goal to declare His love and goodness to all mankind regardless of religious or non religious beliefs.
As in the words:
Luk 2:14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.
"Good will towards men", denotes that we declare the good news in hopes that mankind may desire to want God in their lives based on our behavior.

i'd like to point out that the OP suggested around the 25th, rather than the 25th specifically, so we're not safe until probably mid-july.
Around the 25th. Is it coming by bus or something, no Rapture for ages and then three show up at the same time. Well I'm a few hours ahead of most of you so if you would like advance warning please forward a contact number and say oh I don't know, $500 in cash. I'll let you know when it arrives and you can be ready ..........:-?
It's an absolutly beautiful day for rapturing here in Nova Scotia. I'v had an unschedualed shower and done my hair and nails I'm sitting above the garden with my favourite chicken under my arm smoking cannibis waiting.
