I was curious about the "the nuge" several years ago and tried sign up for his forum only to find that he disallowed Canadians
It may have change since then but i never bothered to check.

He was pissed off that the Ontario government banned the spring bear hunt.. too many orphan cubs.

But as 'payback' it kind of shows you how Ted's mind operates, you're kind of left scratching your head as to how he got from there to here. There doesn't seem to be any logical coherence whatsoever, just a big redneck attitude looking for someone to blame...

I don't really care about his politics back in the States, but I really enjoyed his attacks on the Ontario Gov't and the Ontario MNR over the spring Bear hunt.

He was right.

Everybody is entitled to their opinion. The real question is why does anybody care what Ted thinks about politics?

Exactly.

I do not understand why everyone seems to think an artistic career enhances anyone's sense of reality...........or why we would listen to their views on politics or anything else in the real world.

Wack job for sure but I grew up with his wild riffs and really like some tunes. And then there is his sage advice for lovers, 'pretend your face is a Maserati'.

What do you think of this one as a bow hunter???
Ignoring the hyperbole, he makes perfect sense. You know I'm a huge proponent of weapons safety. So much so, the boys notice when proper weapons safety isn't adhered to, in shows or movies, lol.

With regards to the silly hunting laws that exist, he could have been talking about Ontario. And I agree with him.

No one I know, especially after I correct the misconception, Cat's in the Cradle is sung by Harry Chapin, not Cat Stevens.

Now I'm confused, I thought you were referring to Cat Stevens. So who am I not suppose to love now?

Cat's in the Cradle is a guilt trip song for dads.
