Too bad our insurance coverage plans won't be as comprehensive as that you guys have in Canada. One the wannabes will never relinquish in favor of the crap we have.
I haven't researched all the details yet, but something's wrong.
In Canada universal insurance means a couple hundred bucks a month for a family even in the most expensive provinces like BC in order to cover everything, but in the States it's resulted in big premium boosts for most of the Americans I know.... changes like from $240 per month to $700 per month.
Why is that? How did the forces of evil unfold that way? The whole point of universal coverage is to level out the costs, so however the law is written, it's not doing that.
All I know from my cousins is they say the state Senator from Montana who originally pushed for it has gone on record saying it's a train wreck, and he's probably going to loose his seat over it.
