If the Israeli supreme court judged using human shields as illegal, they must have had supporting evidence that IDF was using human shields in order to make that judgment. Also please explain why the IDF would want to overturn that ruling if they weren't using human shields?

People reading this thread can judge who has provided proof and evidence supporting their claims as well as who has condemned all war crimes and who just condemn's one side's war crimes.

A court does not require evidence as you suggest that the Israeli SC supposedly had according to your warped logic - It is against International Law as well. Rather easy to decide.
Now tell us what evidence do you have that the Israeli SC is complicit in War Crimes.

Yep....20% of Israel (1.5 million) citizens are Muslim Arabs. They vote, elect majors, have seats in the Knesset, have served on the Supreme Court, some of them even serve in the IDF and earn the right to own and carry arms for their lifetime........

It's subtle as it's disguised as something strategic, only focused on military targets. If Israel came right out and made their genocidal tendencies obvious to the world how do you think that would go ? ? It would lose all support and be obliterated.
