How can BC go forward to a future where our energy source can be cut off by a political whim?

Oil is the future, Flossy. There's lots of it left. You will use it when you get your driver's license.

Are you going to throw a fit? Hold your breath until you get your way? Be my guest...

What does the rest of Canada rely on that is produced in BC?

Why do you ask such hard questions? They produce love and hugs. And really, really smart people!

In the last two days, I have found out that Flossy is a fighter pilot, an environmental scientist and a lawyer.

See? He is just a wealth of information, screaming to come out. He has so much knowledge that he comments on almost everything on this site. It's got to be hard to hold all of it in. The knowledge that is, not the BS.

Fossil fuel is killing the planet and making people sick.

The entire country of Canada could be switched over to alternative energy today. The only thing that prevents it from happening is the overwhelming political power of the oil industry and the ignorance of people like yourself.

btw if you insist on lying at least educate yourself in the basics

Yeah, okay, Einstein, I'm a liar and the diesel will keep getting delivered.

That's the problem with Nimby's. They hate being called out.

Gas at $1.55 a liter in Vancouver this weekend.

That's about 7 bucks a gallon.

Sure hope they get that pipeline through so we can get some relief in about 4 years

No, you lack facts.
I speak from experience.
How about you? Ever been to the NWT or Yukon?
Ever been outside Ontario?

Ever been outside the parental basement would be a better question.

They voted in the govt that caused the problem.

No sympathy.

No we didn't. The quirks in our system of governance caused that. Even a good number of workers union members didn't vote for this abomination. This is our jobs and future that Horrible Horgan is playing with.
