I guess you already gave Obama the Toss Ups?
Well as usual you guessed wrong. The point that you missed is that while the popular vote is close, it's not that close when the actual method of electing your President is evaluated.

Roger that Tonn.

Anymore contradictions for us?

Maybe that was too nuanced for you? Appears to be. Funny word that maybe is.

No, I didn't give Obama all the toss-ups. It's unlikely that Obama or Romney will take all of them. If you even split them Obama still wins the Electoral college. That isn't actually a good prior probability to assign though, as we can see that many of those toss-up states are already leaning Obama and the trend has been positive for Obama. Romney couldn't have asked for better conditions to unseat Obama, yet he continues to make gaffes and flip flops around.

Maybe in 2016 better luck. Maybe Romney will have a successful Hail Mary. Doesn't seem likely.

But maybe you're right. Maybe I'm too certain. Or maybe you missed the point, again. The point being that things don't look favourable for Romney. Maybe I should quit picking on poor Mittens and join you and the Mad Hatter in the quit picking on Obama thread.

This proves that Mitt is Satan's spawn and a cousin of Hitler.
Romneys to Release Taxes | The Weekly Standard

He deffered (carried forward) 1.7 mill of charity (church) cash to next year so he wouldn't go below 13%

I do not consider donating to a church as charity to anyone except the donater.

And of course donating to a charity is not the same as paying the equivalent tax if you had earned it through employment.

And lest we forget, the more one donates to Salt Lake, the higher one moves up the chain.

According to a summary of their 2011 return released by the Romney campaign, the Romneys paid $1,935,708 in federal income taxes last year on $13,696,951 in income, almost all of it from his investments. That comes out to a 14.1% tax rate, far below the top rate of 35% for earned income. But here's the thing: Had Romney taken full advantage of all the deductions available to him, the rate would have been much lower, perhaps as low as 9%. He donated $4,020,772 to charity (good for him!), but only claimed a deduction on $2.25 million of that.

Why? His campaign told BuzzFeed:

Romney To Release 2011 Tax Returns, Paid Almost $2 Million In Taxes – Update: Donated Over $4 Million To Charity…

Harry Reid not available for comment.

Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney earned $13.69 million in 2011, mostly income from his investments, and paid $1.9 million in taxes for an effective tax rate of 14.1 percent, his campaign announced Friday.

Romney earned $6.8 million from capital gains and another $3.6 million in interest, according to his tax return. None of his income came from wages, the primary source of income for most Americans. Capital gains are taxed at a substantially lower rate than wages and salaries for high-earners.

Romney earned about $190,000 in author and speaking fees, as well as $260.390 for sitting on the board of Marriott International, according to the tax return.

Romney and his wife, Ann, donated $4.02 million to charity in 2011, nearly 30 percent of their income, helping to reduce their tax obligation, the campaign said.

I wouldn't recommend Romney supporters on here take up gambling. The guy has shot himself in the feet so often I'm surprised he is still walking.
