Germany had a somewhat similar problem with Turkish Guest Workers - Integration - But for decades after the War they could not gain Citizenship even when born in Germany of a Guest Worker.

Really? Because quite often when the thread topic is Islam, we get posts that try to equate Christianity to Islam in one way or another. That's the true definition of moving the goals posts. We have a clear difference between Islam and several religions let alone Christianity, and some people like yourself keep trying to move the goals posts closer together!
Time and time again, whether comparing the Bible and quran, actions, or current preached messages, the difference between Islam and Christianity has been proven. Even in this thread the difference is clear. The organizer of the protest in Paris said "Our mission is to spread the word about this performance and to organise a response." Even though they acted inappropriately, they don't wish to suppress free speech. Not the case with some Muslims, they do, and their tactics of intimidation work:
