By Canadian standards, Bill was a right wing loon with a preference for interns. You silly buggers wouldn't know freedom if it bit you.

How can you quote standards, your philosophy has always been let anarchy reign. Your always complaining about freedom, not us, "us silly buggers" just live it. Do you really know.

Freedom cannot be legislated or won through insurrection. It is a state of mind. It does not depend on wealth or status or military might. It is not political or economic. It is about being free of all those things, free to think without dogma of any kind, free to follow your spirit, to feel connected to all living things, to not be restricted by belief systems, clocks, obligations, roles and duties. Freedom is being able to say I am a citizen of the Earth, without boundaries or imaginary lines drawn on a map.

I hope she does. And I notice the Palin acolyte did not use the phrase ‘announce for Republican nomination’, but he used the phrase ‘announce for presidency’. That is quite appropriate in my opinion, because the Republican nomination is hers for the taking.

However, just as it is a foregone conclusion that she will win the Republican nomination, it is an equally foregone conclusion that she will lose to Obama by a landslide, unless the economy is really in the tank. She has huge negatives among American women.

So yes, I, for one, am rooting for her.

Incidentally, the right wing extremists here have problem with me using the moniker Joan of Arc in referring to her. Well, folks, look at what one of your own, what her acolyte calls her.

"a more apt comparison would be Sarah as an American Joan of Arc."

Indeed. A very apt nickname (and evidently many right wing extremists seem to agree).

It would be great if who ever is elected can read? Those who we have elected/appointed in 2008 cannot seem to find the time to read or at least know what they are supposed to vote upon or approve. The Republicans will not have either Limbaugh, Gigrich or Palin running for President it will be someone new.

The following article appeared in Townhall, which is routinely and predictably reviled by idiots and liberals. (Pardon the redundancy). Note, however all the comments by liberals. Such would NEVER be tolerated in any liberal publication, or television show.

Maggie Gallagher : Sarah Palin's Girl Power - Townhall.com

Maggie Gallagher is a right wing extremist. And I note she did not say that Palin is popular with American women. She isn't, she has high negatives among Americans, and especially among American women.

Gingrich-__________ will be the Republican ticket.

I doubt it will be Gingrich. Democrats will have great deal of fun with him; they will have him for lunch. Here is a man who was having an affair with his intern, having sex with his intern while his wife was lying sick in hospital. He is divorced three times. No doubt his ex wives will have something to say about that in the campaign.

Gingrich has plenty of dirty laundry which could be aired if he is the nominee. I personally don’t see him becoming the nominee.
