With so many experienced experts telling Trudeau that he needs to slow down with his plan to bring in the refugees you would think he would listen and be willing to take some advice.
It says a lot about Trudeau that he is rushing ahead in spite of the opposition to his hasty deadline. Is he a control freak, 'I will do it because I can'? There are only 5 weeks left and no plan in place. It sounds foolhardy to me.

I think there is a certain amount of arrogance behind it, which he came by honestly and his mother has never been a particularly rationale person, I don't think. However I think he is intelligent enough that eventually he will "see the light". It probably doesn't impress him too much to be getting advice from the likes of riff raff like me. :) :)

Justine Trudeau : STOP Islamic Immigration to Canada

This petition is calling on Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to end Islamic Immigration to Canada. Immigration is not the issue, Canada is a country built by immigrants, and a majority of those who come to Canada from abroad like Sikh, Hindu, Buddhists, Christians, Jews, Kurds, Asians, Europeans etc. are good, honest people. The problem is the immigration of large numbers of improperly vetted people from regions where violent Islamic unrest is endemic. We're all for immigration and helping those in need, but statistics are demonstrating that Islamic migrant invaders are masquerading as refugees, only to bring the very hatred with them to the West that they claim to be escaping. We do not want to see an influx of this in Canada, as we are currently seeing in Europe. The attacks in Paris along with the daily attacks in Israel by Islamists is the last straw. We cannot risk an epidemic of such savagery on Canadian soil.

You are a bit late.....Canada has already settled over 2500 Syrian refugees since Oct. For goodness sake our government doesn't wave the rules necessary for admitting refugees.....It simply expands the vetting system already in place. Take a gander at the number of Iraqui refugees admitted as well. We are an amazing country and to see so many uninformed critics makes me ashamed of some Canadians. Oh well must have a number of *******s to balance thing out I suppose.

ok..I have sat quiet.. and idle... seeing how my friends friends and families are treating one another..and it is just sad... what happened in Paris is sad.. it could have happened anywhere.. as for Canada helping refugees... well I am all for it.. what is happening reminds me of this song...
Jesus cares for all the children
All the children of the world
Black and yellow, red and white
They're all precious in His sight
Jesus cares for the children of the world

Jesus came to save the children
All the children of the world
Black and yellow, red and white
They're all precious in His sight
Jesus came to save the children of the world

Jesus calls the children dear,
Come to me and never fear,
For I love the little children of the world;
I will take you by the hand,
Lead you to the better land,
For I love the little children of the world.

I know some of my friends and family have no beliefs..but I feel as a shepherd of God this is what we are supposed to do.. we are the better land.. we can show them how to live and survive.. in peace... we are ALL Gods children.. whether we be 3 or 100... if ISIS wanted to be here..they are already here...

Are you saying an A$$hole should be excused as long as there is a bigger A$$hole in the midst?
He is saying ISIS isn't the only ones that need to be stopped. How many of the police that are shooters were trained by the IDF?

Free Publicity.. ;)

I looked at the Petition and at least it has the maturity to not call Justin - Justine.....

Syrian refugees expected to arrive in Canada were consoled by the fact that they are not welcome to live in Saskatchewan following Premier Brad Wall’s concerns that some of them may be terrorists looking to harm Canada.

Thousands of men, women and children living in refugee camps explained that they would be much happier in a place where they wouldn’t be viewed with added suspicion by politicians, and even happier not having to endure the frozen, apocalyptic hellscape that is Canada’s prairies.

“I would like to live in a province where the Premier understands that I'm fleeing terrorism and not a part of it,” explained Samina Nada, a mother of four who has been living in a crowded Lebanon refugee camp for two years. “Also, I would feel desolate and alone with only endless prairie to look at all day. How can people live there? The closest bookstore is two hours away.”

Other refugees were much harsher on Canada’s rectangular province.

“I would rather endure another aerial bombardment than watch another re-run of “Corner Gas””, lamented Basim Kareem who fled Homs when Syrian government forces began to shell the city. “There’s only so much I can converse about potash and wheat. And let’s be honest, the only thing more humiliating than living in a province with a CFL team incapable of playing football, is living in a province where people actually care about CFL football".

I must disagree that Trudeau is that intelligent. He doesn't act like an intelligent person. I agree with the 'arrogance' part though I think it to a larger degree than 'a certain amount'.
I think if he were really intelligent he would downplay the personal popularity instead of feeding on it as he does.

Probably almost none. Why? Is it important for you to get in some kind of jab at Israel for no discernible reason?

Looks like they are afraid to live with all the Iraqis we took in.
