Israel never asked to be attacked. They were attacked immediately when Israel became a country and the attacks have never stopped.
They won territory by winning the wars that were foisted upon them. So why shouldn't they use the land they acquired for their own benefit?
Jews are basically a peaceful people. They have been persecuted, shunned and attacked from the beginning of time. They only became militant after WW11 and who could blame them for that?
Jews do not promote their religion to other faiths. They are intelligent, industrious, moral and tolerant of all others who do not harass them and they keep largely to themselves. The rest of the world perhaps fears them because they are more successful as a society than most other ethnicities.

That's not true. Israel was established through the U.N. legitimately. Palestine was never 'invaded' and they have been offered fair deals many times to establish their own legitimate territory. Palestinians have proved themselves to be a backward, savage, revengeful people who do not want peace. They only want to cause trouble and kill.
The British gave this territory that they 'owned' (I don't think anybody can legally dispute this fact) to the Jewish people after WWII. This fight is ridiculous, always has been and everybody knows that if ever Israel puts down their guns, they are dead. If the Palestine would be willing to negotiate, they would be ahead, because at the end of the day, Israel does not have to negotiate with them at all. They are on land that never belong to the Palestinians'. We have Jewish areas in Toronto; they are peaceful, mind their own business, and do not try to push their belief or way of life down anybody's throat.
