You are lucky it's winter and my arthritis is bad and I misplaced my cane and I am not allowed to visit Israel.

Well, someone replaced Bin Laden right away. This group popped up after that too. There were also several other groups in Iraq saying and doing the same things for years before ISIS came along and they wound up shot or blown up. Death isnt a big deal to people who sign up for these groups. In many case it seems to be welcomed.
