Those lower courts need a lesson on the Constitution it would appear.

My opinion of Trump's presidency so far is that despite all the resistance his administration is receiving, he's slowly getting things done. I cannot think of any administration in my lifetime that has received so much negative press and counter productive effort.

I saw an interview on the news with some farmer in the Mid West. He said he was a Democrat. He stated, paraphrased, that if government and the press worked as hard at improving the country as they did to impede President Trump's efforts, they could have accomplished more

I wonder how much longer politicians and the media will keep up the negativity? There is a difference between constructive criticism and spiteful, misdirected attacks.

TRUMP & RW GOP ARE ATTEMPTING TO IMPLEMENT AN AMERICAN HOLOCAUST - Peter Roy, June 26/17

Trump and the RW GOP want to implement a form of Econo-ethnic cleansing on the population of the USA, a form of genocide on the poor, the sick, the disabled, veterans, and the old and the young. Make no mistake; it is genocide, for people will die by the tens of thousands annually. This is perhaps the most inhumane proposed governmental action since the 1859 Dread Scott Decision on Slavery.

People will die young, they will die before their time, they will die for lack of medical treatment, they will sicken and die from poor nutrition, they will die from birth defects and untreated disabilities, they will die from epidemic drug addiction, they will die from rampant gun violence, and they will die from mental illness, despair and suicide. They will die from workplace injuries and work-related diseases; they will die from COPD and cancers from air and water pollution. A number diseases are expanding across the USA as a result of warmer weather associated with Climate change, including Zika, West Nike Virus, Dengue Fever, and a number of mosquito and tick-borne diseases, which will chronically sicken and kill more people, too. US life expectancy is already dropping.

As more of the poor and middle class die younger, the money saved from medical care and Social Security simply makes funds available for more tax cuts for the wealthy. All of this cruelty and carnage just follow an ideological revenge fantasy the GOP has held onto since FDR’s New Deal. The real outcome will be for the already rich can become ever more obscenely richer. If they succeed, this will visit a suffering and slaughter upon the US population that could over time dwarf the Nazi Holocaust. And it would occur without death squads, bombs, or gas chambers.

Trump and the RW GOP are clearly divorced from the wants and needs of the majority of the people of the USA, they only represent special interests, corporations and the rich. They are no longer a political Party; they are an ideological authoritarian cult. Trump and the RW GOP cannot be allowed to carry out their plans; they must be thwarted. Stop the GOP Trump-Don’t-Care Bill and the rest of their inhumane plans.

Victory: Oregon Senate Bill 494 allowing dementia and mentally ill patients to be starved to death fails to pass

SALEM, Oregon, June 20, 2017 (LifeSiteNews) – Oregon Right to Life (ORTL) declared victory Tuesday because a bill allowing dementia and mentally ill patients to be starved to death was sent to a House committee that's already closed for the legislative session, effectively killing the anti-life bill.
Senate Bill 494 was written in such an insidious way, said Gayle Atteberry, ORTL's executive director, that its text can be difficult for lay people to understand. She called it the most "devious bill" she'd ever seen.
The bill would have removed safeguards preventing dementia and mentally ill patients from being starved or dehydrated against their will. It passed the Oregon Senate 17-13 on June 8.

Yeah, you hear a lot of whining, but when I checked about 15 minutes ago the sky was still intact!

Oh, they reinstated the travel ban? Does that mean no one from Libya, Iran, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen can enter the United States now?

Where I'm sitting I can't see the sky very well, but if I look between the leaves of maple tree outside my window, I can see a bit of light blue. So you checked 15 minutes ago. I checked just now. It's still there. Praise Christ.

From what I could gather from the news this morning, people with the proper documentation won't be affected. :)
