Thanks Cannuck. A bit of news far off the radar that probably means very little to most, and a great deal to those it benefits. I'm no Harper fan, but I give credit where credit is due. Kudos.

As a parent with a disabled child, I can honestly say - YEA!!!

He did something right for sure, but there will be many detractors who will say he did it for an extra thrust in the next election. He may not be the greatest but I think he's light years ahead of his opponents.
