Well dude there is a word for when 400 children are held captive without charges or court by a hostile invader. These children are hostages.

There is a word for nations that invade, occupy, displace people by bulldozing or razing villages, destroying farms, killing livestock, cutting water supply, imprisoning women and children using military and State sponsored terrorists groups. Tyrannical.

Um, no. ID requirements made it difficult to sign up underage. I'm talking about the fact that for most of your history, signing up in your early-to-mid teens was allowed and celebrated.
