Deal with the criminals, forget the guns for now! Toughen up the sentences imposed on those in possession of a restricted or illegal fire arm. Fifteen years confinement for a first offense. Leave the responsible, law abiding citizens alone. Also ten year minimum sentence for irresponsible and dangerous use of a firearm. Expedite the court proceedings to completion within 30 days.
