Northern Ontario,
You may as well beat your head against a brick wall as trying to compete with the mentality that runs rampant here.

Some people suggest it is pointless to argue with some of the mind sets on display here- maybe so but it is just that willingness to push ahead with what is right that made Doug Ford premier!

So now one of the NDP’s star candidates has been caught red-handed bashing the police.

Tell us how you really feel Gurratan Singh!

Back in 2006, there was no ambiguity over how the NDP candidate in Brampton East felt about Toronto Police.

“F— the Police,” said the protest sign that Singh, the brother of federal NDP leader Jagmeet Singh, carried during a downtown demonstration more than a decade ago.

Pathetic.

(That federal NDP leader Jagmeet Singh has already been caught out supporting Sikh terrorists and spouting nonsensical support for Muslim radicals and offering his support for the LIE-beral Islamophobia crap- now we have his SILENCE on the vile opinions of his brother regarding our legal system!)

And former Toronto Police chief Julian Fantino said he recognizes exactly what this is.

“As someone who spent over 40 years as a police officer in Ontario, the only time I recall facing such hateful rhetoric directed at police is when confronting anarchists — the goons who usually came out to incite breaches of the peace,” said the Toronto Police chief from 2000-2005, who later went into serve as a Conservative MP and cabinet minister.

Everybody who has seen this picture is disgusted by it.

NDP candidate Gurratan Singh is pictured carrying a protest placard during a 2006 demonstration in Toronto

“Unbelievable,” texted PC leader Doug Ford. “Actually, it is believable.”

Ford is right. When it comes to the NDP, it is believable.

(The NDP at any level of govt is the very comfortable home of all manner of people who generally despise western society and culture! From the vile deal cut between Bob Rae NDPers with school girl killer Karla Homolka- simply because NDPers assumed wrongly that a girl would not act as Homolka did- to the latest assurances of Horvath minions that all of Ontari-owe WILL become a “sanctuary province- taking in hordes of illegals without so much as a security check to weed out drug dealers and welfare cheats, organized crime figures or Russian and Chinese spies hoping to use Canada as a back door into United States where they will attempt to steal critical Yankee military technology that can be used later to hurt Yankees- none of this worries NDPers any more than it concerns Our idiot Boy Justin!)

(And cost to society be DAMNED- there are votes to be mined in all this from all manner of malcontents who want to see western society destroyed as if they were playing an apocalyptic video game they can simply re-set if things don’t go as they wish! Add in the Muslim “visionaries” who see a World Wide Caliphate coming into being with fire and glory and the blood of Jews being spilled and the entire planet submitting to the “Most Perfect System” -also known as Sharia Law- and you have a vast pool of rabble rousers seeking to de-stabilize the ship of democratic state!)

Now, in fairness, when the Toronto Sun approached the NDP about this photograph, Gurratan Singh quickly issued a statement apologizing and acknowledging his regret and embarrassment.

“Twelve years ago I attended a public demonstration and was photographed holding a sign I’m now deeply ashamed of,” Singh said in a statement. “I apologize unreservedly to police officers, their families and the policing community. I deeply respect the sacrifices police officers make in service of justice and public safety, and realize the importance of community-building with officers.”

At the time, Singh was pursuing philosophy and religious studies at McMaster University. He would go on to earn a law degree from York University and practiced as a criminal defense lawyer in Brampton. He has also served as campaign co-chair and strategic advisor to his brother Jagmeet from 2011 until present, according to his LinkedIn profile. He’s currently a high-profile name and potential cabinet minister should NDP leader Andrea Horwath win the June 7 election.

(And THERE is the poisoned connection! Gurratan Singh has acted as ADVISOR to his brother Jagmeet- the federal NDP leader who dreams in technicolour of being the next prime minister of Canada! Why- think of the influence that the former “Jimmy Dhaliwal” or in his new incarnation as Jagmeet Singh could have! Think of the Sikh terrorists that could be rewarded for things like bombing that Air India flight and killing hundreds! Or the trouble that could be made with India since they were so royally pissed that Our idiot Boy Justin took one lone convicted Sikh killer with him on that ill fated recent India trip!)

(Think of the new pals Canada could make amongst the Muslim extremists that Jagmeet has sympathy for! Jag and his cop hating brother could really throw the political hot potatoes into external affairs! Jag could get even more attention on the world stage that Our idiot Boy did! And I bet security conscious Yankees would close up NAFTA even faster for Singh than for Our idiot Boy! But mainstream Cdns would NOT welcome that sort of attention!)

Singh isn’t the first NDP candidate to reveal fringe, activist or disrespectful viewpoints and come under fire for it.

In fact, that list is getting long.

Yet, Horwath has remained steadfast in defending her team — instead, deflecting criticism directed at her back at the Ford campaign. The double standard she’s demonstrated on that very issue has been mind blowing since she urged Ford to dismiss fellow PC leadership hopeful Tanya Granic Allen as a candidate for hateful and inappropriate posts she made years ago, something he did decisively.

Even the media have asked Horwarth “what is it going to take for you to fire one of these candidates,” a question she repeatedly sidestepped.

(One assumes that Horvath sees her controversial candidates having just as “strong a voice in the community” as Our idiot Boy does for his returning Isis fighters! It appears Horvath wants strong NDP voices to drown out those LIE-beral voices- matching them outrage for outrage till the socialist revolution is complete!)

Others on her team with problematic past public acts or comments include Scarborough-Agincourt NDP candidate Tasleem Riaz, who apparently posted a social media meme with an inspirational quote from Adolf Hitler in 2013 that shows the Fuhrer giving a Nazi salute, though she denies knowing about it. Riaz also suggested Canadian troops in Afghanistan were war criminals who were “slaughtering … innocent Men, Women and Children.”

Scarborough-Agincourt candidate Tasleem Riaz was accused of posting this now deleted meme on her Facebook page.

Mississauga-Centre NDP candidate Laura Kaminker prompted nation-wide outrage when it was revealed her 2014 blog post disparagingly referred to the “fake poppy” and described Remembrance Day as “war glorification” and “collective brainwashing.”

Candidate Laura Kaminker – Mississauga Centre- ONDP ahead of the 2018 Ontario General Election. Handout/Ontario NDP/Toronto Sun/Postmedia Network Postmedia Wire

Kaminker also suggested there’s “no proof that bin Laden or al-Qaida had anything to do” with the terror attacks on New York City in 2011 and criticized the annual remembrance of that tragedy that killed almost 3,000 people. “All of this fixating on this one event, the whole world expected to stand in hushed silence because a bad thing happened to Americans,” she wrote.

Etobicoke Centre NDP candidate Erica Kelly suggested she’d be OK if “gun nuts” were blown up by a drone. “I know this is horrible to say… but I would not be sad to see these gun nuts threatening civil war have their asses blown to f— with a drone,” Kelly wrote in a Facebook post.

And these are people who could be cabinet ministers should Howarth and the NDP win this election as some polls say they could.

Who knows the NDP? Their leader does not seem to think any of the troubling issues are worthy of her admonishment.

Meanwhile, Fantino dismissed Singh’s apology.

“It’s another example of a cop hater in pursuit of a soft landing at Queens Park — where he doesn’t belong!” Fantino said.

(Ah- there is the truth- that wonderful attractive life aboard the govt gravy train! Who would not issue a mea culpa or two in exchange for that soft life and easy money- with nothing to do all day but tell people how hard you are working to better their lives- while EXTRAVAGANTLY FEATHERING YOUR OWN?)

But if the NDP win this election, you just never know what job in cabinet Gurratan Singh could land?

Perhaps minister of public safety?

Here is a delusional little response I got recently from a loonie leftie!

Loon says: If I lived in a city like Montreal, I'd use the subway and public transit, but out in the country you can never find a bus when you need one. Montreal is a very "central" and concentrated city and it is easier to make mass transit work for you, there. The GTA, on the other hand, sprawls like LA and they are having a hell of a time trying to build a transit infrastructure that can reach all of the bits. There was a time when the countryside around was accessible. You could get a train to just about anywhere before the automobile drove them out of business.

I say the loonie leftist is deluding himself on several levels! Firstly- Montreal is more compact than Toronto thanks to it NOT HAVING GROWN MUCH in the last 40 years! Montreal used to be the biggest city in Canada and the infrastructure that was built in the 1960`s still roughly fits due to lack of population growth! And that is in sharp contrast to Toronto with NO new transit to serve a steadily growing population!

As for the loon claiming there “was a time when the countryside was available and you could catch a train to just about anywhere- this is delusional CRAP! WE have only to look at the TTC service that STOPPED at the Glen Echo loop/Wilson Rd in the 1960`s! YEAH NO bus service in places like North York until the city grew sufficiently to warrant it! And NO Go train service either!

AS for the kind of transit service offered- on a warm Sunday afternoon in 1970 it took THREE HOURS by trolley bus- those old electric things that connected to wires hanging above the street- to get from Shepard Ave/Downsview Park- to Young St/ York Mills Rd intersection! Oh- and TWO fares were paid for that trip!

The last time you could catch a train to anywhere quickly and efficiently, you could STILL SAFELY EAT fish caught in the Don River!

And such train sevice as there was only ran to town centres- get old folks talking about how they got to cottages on Lake Simco and the Kawartha Lakes in the summer- they will tell you about farmers making extra cash hauling cottage goers in horse drawn wagons!

And now LIE-berals and loonie leftists have launched their war on cars- NOT their cars of course- the war is only on ORDINARY PEOPLE`S CARS! Hogs want us ordinary people to walk or bicycle while they grandly motor on! Hogs are busy and important people and they have places to go and they NEED their cars and all their gas guzzling toys that they enjoy at their country retreats! How dare mere peasants aspire to imitate the Hog life style with its UTTER dependence on LOTS of cheap fossil fuel! The Hog hypocrisy is sickening!

And what of the LIE-beral promise to shut down the entire Cdn oil patch? You know the promise- the one SUPPORTED by NDPers! And yet now we have Alberta NDP preparing to go to war with B.C. over pipelines and we have Ontari-owe NDP lamenting the price of gas! And what would be the price of gas IF LIE-berals and NDP DID shut down the Cdn oil patch? Do these people ever listen to themselves? Or think of consequences!

The LIE-beral carbon crap and trade scam- that NDP tells us they support as well- is designed specifically to drive up the price of of fossil fuel to the point we can no longer afford to use the stuff! But HOW is this compatible with NDP wanting to expand the Alberta oil exports and protect Cdns from high oil prices? Loonie leftists have reached a truly and insanely hypocritical point!
