It is the bolt action that minimizes the use of Lee Enfield and other such designs
as a weapon of choice for mass killers!
It the rapid fire option and LARGER MAGAZINE CAPACITY that AR 15 is PREFERRED weapon of choice
FOR BOTH the military and for crazed mad dog killers!
To my knowledge nobody has made a "bump stock" nor an extra large capacity magazine
for the hunting rifle!
Ammo still flying off the shelves here. Apparently hunters are worried that with the run on ammo in the states local suppliers may run out leaving them short come hunting season.

Michigan police say a 66-year-old man accidentally shot himself in the groin Wednesday while trying to adjust the gun in his waistband, MLive.com reports.
According to the news site, deputies from the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call about a shooting in Pennfield Township, which is north of Battle Creek, at a little before midnight.
The officers determined the wound was self-inflicted.
He was treated at the scene by paramedics and firefighters and then was taken to a local hospital. His injuries are not life-threatening.

Central BC. I doubt there will be any shortage because most of the buyers are hunters and will now have an adequate supply. The preppers will probably be trying to sell their amo on Ebay come september.
