The UN doesn't know its **** from a hole in the ground. The U.S. has the highest murder rate in the (real) developed world because everyone is armed to the teeth.. and disputes are resolved at the point of gun rather than a closed fist. The former will leave you dead.. the latter with a black eye.

So the chief defender of a large city admits the Law, Police cannot or will not do the job they are hired to do. It seems the front line in Chicago to gun violence is the homeowner. Well, I am sure this should cut down on the door to door sales people, anyway. Tell you one thing, not the place (city) to visit without a blooming good reason.

The USA has at least 3 States listed in your top 25. The last 5 of the 25 doesn't show up. Certainly wouldn't stop us from going to the USA but, they are on the list.
