Anna don't give away the secrets hehehe.......! :)

I just a creepy feeling of women approaching each other in a dress shop..... "Hey dude - wanna get it on later? " oh ick. Vive la difference!
lol

Whatcher sign, baby?

Women aren't good at that either. At Chateau Sinister, I'm the cook most of the time.
Oh cool, another househubby. :D

Dexter My husband totally outdid me on preparing the most wonderful meals - for large groups or just the two of us.....

What I prepared during the week was so pitiful and mundane - compared with his ideas. He really enjoyed dreaming up new ideas and looked forward to a Saturday or Sunday preparing a great meal. It's a gift and I was so happy he wasn't inclined to keep it to himself!!
Yeah. Les comes up with some pretty tasty stuff, too. :)

Not me. I know exactly what he's talking about. Nobody can tell me men and women don't think and behave differently. I've managed groups of up to two dozen people with various mixtures of males and females, and my observation (admittedly only anecdotal) is that men will work on a team with people they personally dislike for the sake of the common objective, women will not, they will sabotage each other. Men will focus on the task to be done, women will focus on the relationships among team members, and I found the greatest challenge in being a manager was balancing those differences.

Something else I've noticed, as a manager of mixed gender work teams, and as a husband, and a father of females, and a friend of many women, is that women cannot not talk if there's anyone within hearing distance, even when there's nothing to say. They'll say something anyway.

The 'can't not talk' is my husband, and never me, I am the opposite, and enjoy quality quiet, BUT he is
italian, maybe that gets him off the hook, not sure. lol

The women I work with (at both places) acknowledge there is extra emotional baggage brought to the teams.

Women can carry a grudge much farther than men. Like Ten Penny said, guys can scrap then get on with life, all within a few hours.

.. in having to live with female drama.

I work in an exclusively female place (except me), have a website that is exclusively female (except me) and have a wife and daughter. Most of the time I just duck and stay away from all the crap that goes on...but holy cow my life seems crazy around all these raging hormones.

You ladies need to lighten up! ;)

My wife worked at a place in Montreal - 1 male supervisor - 50 women - Guess he had a great job.

Studies have shown that women can and are the most creative at harassment both emotionally and mentally- Men sort of duke it out - verbally - women - not so much.

Foiled again. The pain and misery continues.
I'm sure you're just a peach to have around all the time right?????
You should have to really live with those raging hormones (not just be around them) and you'll know why they call them raging hormones.
Let's see: Can you have a baby? NO Do you get your monthly? NO Do your ankles and hands and stomach swell up? NO Do you have hot flashes (flushes)? NO.
Do you need to know anything more about raging hormones???? or have you learned enough?:angel11:8O;-)
Our doctor says that it is completely true that men can concentrate on only one thing at a time while women multi-task very well. That includes all of the above.

Nug is right. There is enough drama when following the PC manual. Otherwise it could be a slippery slide into a hornet's nest.

Best check what your Doctor stated - Humans cannot and I stress cannot Multi Task - It is impossible.

I do agree with the hormone comments.

Also a bunch of women together can get catty as hell -

Also consider that a group of women working toghter will over time have their montly cycles change to where they are mosting in snyc with each others cycles -

When that time arrives - be sweet as hell. As VI stated we do not have the hormones raging - but yes men do go thru menopause as well - Just at a much slower pace.

*snorts* A woman can get pretty catty by herself. Kinda like a couple guys I know.

My bumper sticker: I'm PMSing and armed. Any questions?

that's interesting, because a group of female dogs,(bitches) staying together, will bring each other into
heat, and eventually all come into heat approx the same time, have never heard that about women.

I read that some where a long time ago - I was as surprised as you are. But little is known how the different pheromones we all exude on a daily basis act upon others in a small and confined group.

Human Pheromones: What are the implications?

Most guys would like to exchange places with Kreskin!

;)

Not me. I know exactly what he's talking about.

I was going to say that gopher, but you beat me to it. Kreskin, I think most men will envy you.

Except those who are already in similar situations.

heh heh - proof positive that wherever the grass is greener, it's certainly not the other side of the fence.

Women who aren't on the Pill and live in close quarters (for example, University residences pre-pill days) will find that their periods become synchronized. I read that in a medical text, but don't ask me which one, I'd never find it again. With the pill so common nowadays, this effect isn't noticeable in 'developed' societies, though.
