Smoke damage at the very least (lucky painters, unlucky homeowners), roof repairs in most cases. Air ducts having to be 'thoroughly' cleaned to HEPA filter standards, for starters. Wood ash + moisture = acid that will strip hair from skin.I suspect it's quite possible for a building to appear intact from the outside while the interior may be a completely different story. No telling what the intense heat could cause to melt and systems containing water to explode. I'll bet there's a lot of damage still to meet the eye!
