Northern Ontario,
Does that include houses?

They're already code in all commercial/industrial structures, residential apartments, and restaurants in Ontario.

All homes must have smoke and carbon dioxide sensors.

BTW: How's that study coming along?
While it's a good Idea, I wonder what the cost would be to retro-fit a 1000 sq ft. house..... Main floor and Basement with sprinklers???

Of course not. People don't live in houses do they? Maybe you should run along.
One has to be specific and nail down all avenues when attempting a discussion with you. You're known for your crafty "I didn't say that" and built in escape routes.

You're CC's self proclaimed silliest member after all.

I see there was no link to your make believe study in that reply.

I'll take that to mean we'll not see that claim again.

It would seem that the cost is irrelevant to JLM. He does not like to consider cost when it comes to saving lives.

Stupid f**king question, who the hell do you think would pay for it? Anyway, Einstein the thread is about IMPAIRED DRIVING.

I understand what the thread is about. You have a problem with my thinking that the money spent on the problem should have some bearing on the severity of the problem. Since money is irrelevant to you as it pertains to impaired driving, I was just wondering if you feel the same way about sprinklers.

You might want to study up on how to think coherently yourself and not baffle what you pass off as a brain trying to figure out what others are thinking, because invariably you are wrong!

well.... those against harsher penalties for drinking and driving have done a hell of a job derailing this thread. At one point ya's even managed to vilify MADD. Very good.

OK so now are you now saying that the cost of chasing down impaired drivers should be weighed against the risk?
