There's some evidencer that teh MWP was global in effect. It is unlikely that the MWP was as warm as the last few years, but there is a low probability chance that it may have been warmer. Data are scarce, so uncertainties are high.

Winter is coming.
Data is scarce? What about the sheep and cattle farming in Greenland for six hundred years?

The Global warming con artists should be driven from our villages and towns and children should be encouraged to spit on them.

- do you deny global warming?

- if you accept global warming what is your interpretation of the principal causal attribution for that global warming?

is Greenland your measure of..... global?

someone actually told me you were this boards moderator... and he/she was serious! Let me ask then... are you a moderator on this board?

that's one mega-deflection... just to avoid a couple of questions!

You know who and what you are Fagro.

You can't hide your level of crazy.

hey petro, what's a "Fagro"... I sure hope you're not against the gays... are you? The way you keep slinging "Fagro" around, I can't help but think you have a problem with homosexuals. Please tell me that's not the case, hey!

Before the Model-T was invented, Prairie Du Chien, Wisconsin reached 100 degrees, 14 out of 18 days in July, 1901

There was an ice age during the Ordovician Era with CO2 ten times higher than now. #climate experts carefully avoid thinking about this.

Yeah, the human element is the weakest in the CO2 theory in my opinion. I think what happened early in the planning for this er ah caper is that the tiny effect of us monkeys on the giant rock ball was inflated beyond all reason in their haste to capitalize on a naturally occurin phase. I can think of a dozen way better hooks they might have used and avoided way more of the disbelief. But they never called, so fuk em they can drown in their own slime.
I forgot to mention Mr Goddard does a very good job showing us the swings in expert opinion from the last 115 years between death by ice and death by fire, the lids had to pick one and it went sour onem just when it was lookin like the cat was bagged.

I have some Brachiopods wearing little sweaters encased in Ordovician limestone to prove it.

Oh no!

Quiet Atlantic hurricane season spares U.S. for ninth year running
https://ca.news.yahoo.com/quiet-atlantic-hurricane-season-spares-u-ninth-running-222219999.html

 do you think if a tropical storm doesn't hit landfall... it never occurred? Hey didja know those sciency guys have been studying why there appears to be fewer U.S. landfall incidents in the last decade... look it up... but be careful, you probably won't like some of the study findings!

per NOAA: averages & strength classifications based on 30-year data (1981-2010)
- average # of Atlantic named storms (1981-2010) => 12.1
- # Atlantic named storms 2013: 14
- # Atlantic named storms 2014: 8 ... with 11 days remaining in the 2014 season
