I suppose it could turn out that way...……….eventually, but we are a long way from that yet and it will only take a vaccine to prevent it. Let's just follow the rules laid down by Bonnie Henry and others and hope for the best.

A vaccine IS "getting COVID19". A small percentage of people will still get sick and die from the vaccine.

In all these years modern medicine can't even come up with an effective vaccine for the common flu. The media did this winter though. Not a single death was attributed to seasonal flu which normally gets credit for several thousand.
The problem with a vaccine for COVID19 is that like the common flu it mutates, has at least 8 times so far that we know of. So the pharmaceutical companies will make a vaccine for one strain that may not have any effect on the one currently going around. Just as they have for flu vaccines. But they get paid regardless of effectiveness.

Well, I think that is only right, as science involves a lot of experimenting and trial and error. I know a lot of work I did over the years involved getting information to determine feasibility, which I wouldn't have done had I not been paid. It was a process involved in discovering America and inventing the light bulb. L.O.L.

It depends on the vaccine. Some are live virus, others are dead virus, some are just antibodies. It will most likely be one of the first 2 and if so, you would be correct (technically).
