In what version of cloud cuckoo land is a picture of a politician getting a vaccine amid a devastating virus outbreak considered brave? That would be Alberta, apparently, where the Premier is facing a caucus revolt and a serious backlash within his United Conservative Party ranks – not for failing to take serious enough action to halt the virus, but for taking measures viewed as too restrictive. (Among those measures are a prohibition on indoor dining, restrictions on gatherings to household members only and a cap on normal occupancy rates for indoor religious services.)

Oh look, the sheeple have spoken out against Alberta. Again.

Money that Alberta just loves to lose these days.

Yes, we're on the way down..

MEANWHILE

'It'll crash tremendously': Alberta now leads Canada and U.S. in per capita COVID-19 cases

"We're currently the highest number of cases per capita, so when the health system crashes, it'll crash tremendously," said Gibson.

Translation: Alberta sucks.

I don't, but good line. 👌

Now can I replace the title in the OP with this one?

Someone at CTV needs a raise.

Kenney announces tighter COVID restrictions in Alberta hot spots, will consider curfews if needed

The restrictions will apply to areas with more than 350 cases per 100,000 population and will be in place for a minimum of two weeks.

Those areas include the cities of Edmonton, Calgary, Red Deer, Grande Prairie, Lethbridge, Airdrie and the county of Strathcona.

Ya, that's pretty much the whole province!! The "youngin's" obviously don't take to rules very well LOL.

Is snubbing "rules" really why it's spreading? I'd wager several factors correlate quite easily. Transit ridership, use of cash, population density, population age, race, employment, etc.
